The mulch was reasonably prices and the other landscaping products were well organized.

My local Home Depot is onw of the friendliest, most welcoming, and most accommodating stores in Rochester. They are enthusiastically helpful, and willingly go out of their way (literally) to be helpful. Good selection and great service!

After a customer service agent there decided to play politics with the wife, we ceased shopping their about 5 months ago. Blah, blah, they don't need you, blah. That's fine and dandy, but considering the huge amount of tools, tool boxes, and everything else under the roof I purchased there, they might just disagree. So the other day when I had to come in for Husky tool box parts, I didn't expect much. But I must write the good as I do the bad. The person running the tool and key area (Darryl) couldn't have been more helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It made me feel like I used to feel when I came in looking for things. He made a great impression on me and I am grateful for it. Maybe every now and I again I might pop my head in to take a look around. Please pass my appreciation off to management for this sales associates great help.

Very thankful for this stores management and team. They have always made it easy to shop at Home Depot and I enjoy my time there and they appreciate veterans very much.

I made an online purchase that I was returning with a copy of the receipt o was emailed. The customer service person tried twice to scan my credit card and could not find the purchase. He told me he would have to give me a store credit. I said no thank you, here is the receipt I was emailed, and here is the card I used for the purchase. He then called someone for help, who was, by the way standing and chatting with a third employee while two other people were waiting for help. The second person then showed him how to do the return. After that poor customer service, I asked if the sold distilled water. He didn’t know, and again asked the second person. She typed something into the computer and showed him. He then told me isle 6, where there was no distilled water. I walked past the end of a few isles and started waking out, at which time I saw a number of additional young employees chatting with each other. This store has really gone downhill with service. Was one stellar.

Seems like the store is always neat, organized and every time I have asked someone who works there where an item is--they KNOW exactly where. More than once they have walked me right to the item.

We needed help matching paint colors, am not very experienced with paint matching, and the associate at the paint counter (Jen) did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job helping us match colors; she is passionate about colors, customer service, and went far above and beyond to help us get the right shade. I can't say enough good about her attitude, helpfulness, courtesy, and overall personality ... she is amazing. I have been to this store many times lately, mostly to consult with her !

I lost a very important key 2days ago and when I noticed it was gone on Wednesday I went into panic trying to retrace my steps. My husband and I called all over and thankfully when we called your store they had it! Julie Ingham at the Rochester location saw it in the parking lot and picked it up to be brought to the lost and found. I am beyond greatful for your employees and how helpful they are! I had an unusual situation that required a management decision, I will tell you that Scott MacIntosh of the Rochester MN management team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. He understood immediately what the issue was, problem solved, requiring 2 call backs that were done immediately and resolved my issue. I appreciated his understanding the most as well as his professional follow through. Wish I could give you a raise, well deserved! Thanks so much Scott!

Super helpful employees. Helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, especially because i just had a craft idea in my head and Dan in l lumber knew exactly what I meant and exactly what lumber pieces I needed for my project. We came in looking for carpet and found an incredible sales person. Paul Oftedahl was so nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We would recommend him to everybody.

Great store with very kind and helpful staff! Everyone was willing to go above and beyond to help us and as elderly folks it was much appreciated.

Ordered appliances on September 19th, gave me a delivery date, then that delivery date was changed to 32 days later. I called asking about the hold up. Jay said it was the microwave and we would have to cancel that and buy a different module that cost over 200 dollars more to get the items delivered. I canceled the microwave and paid for the different more expensive microwave. Well they only delivered the microwave and none of the other appliances saying they are delay for another 32 days. that date without notification. When I called they said there was nothing they can do and will not cancel my order. When I asked to talk to a manager they said not anyone available. Had to call three time to even talk to a person who might even have an idea. Oh and the best part they did not even contact me about the delay. or the professional installer that they higher to install the dishwasher. over 90 days without a product delivered after two deliver changes and calls about the change in delivery. Manager basically said well once we sell it it is out of our hands they are supposed to notify you if it changes then he told me to try and get appliances from another store.

Store was clean and well organized,staff was kind and very knowledgeable in questions i had about products that i was interested in. Also helpful with giving me a hand with loading my truck with the heavier product i bought. Overall very good store,staff and help

This is the first time I have been this Home Depot Store. The store is quite large and has a lot of supplies that are used in the home and around the home. I was very pleased going to the store and plan to return When I need items. Good Experience!

We are finishing a kitchen remodel. We purchased everything possible at home depot. Always had a good experience. With all that happens in big projects. All the team from store manager down took care of us.

I think Home Depot is great, Paul Oftsdahl has been extremely helpful with helping us with carpeting. I absolutely love that you store allows dogs, I thank you very much for allowing that. I wish they would have a small grocery area like some other home improvement stores have then I could possibly do a one stop shop.

This store has excellent staff with smiling faces who are always willing to help. We won’t go anywhere else for our needs!
