Staff here is just the best! Everyone is always so helpful, smiley, and willing to help. I choose to go to this location even tho there is one slightly closer to my house because of how awesome it is. Keep up good work!

The greeter at the Home Depot in Rochester, Minnesota is Funny and has a great personality. I cannot emphasize how great It feels to enter store and be approached by somebody so genuine.

Behr paint brand is superior. Also, have purchased several Ryobi tools, products and accessories and have never been disappointed with any of them. Just recently bought the Ryobi One+ 18V Hand Vacuum. It was very inexpensive so I was not expecting it to be very good, but surprisingly, it had very powerful suction (just like the box said!) I also bought at the same time, the Ryobi One+ 18V Shear/Shrubber. It's dead winter here but I look forward to using this tool come spring!

Today I visited the Rochester MN store and was delighted to receive help from Denise, Elsie and Kay. I purchased totes, Swiffer cleaning items and a Libman broom and dustpan.

I always appreciate the great and friendly customer service I get at the North Rochester, MN location. They almost alway have what I am looking for.

Was the only place in town I was able to a custom length rubber roll runner. ?Jennifer (section manager) and Jodi (cashier) were helpful in terms of product selection and account verification at checkout respectively.

I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances, responding to the Thanksgiving flyer. The staff helped me put the package together and, in the process saved me a great deal of money. In addition, they helped me with all of the details arranging for installation.

We were out to get our Christmas tree and had gone to several places. Home Depot was the place as the tree was the right price and they also offered to trim, bag and put on our car. Kay and Joe B. were so friendly and engaging and made our shopping experience joyful.

A buy a lot of this stores product. Always pleased with the quality. Top notch in every respect.

Terrible service, totally incompetent

We needed a new refrigerator after ours decided to become a food warmer instead...but we were on a budget since we hadn't planned on buying a new fridge. Mike was so helpful and understanding! He showed us all the fridges on our budget, asked appropriate questions to make sure we got the right one, and worked to make sure it'd be delivered on a day that works for us. He was also funny and kind.

I worked with Phillip Kimm who went above and beyond with helping me and my husband pick out countertops. He was knowledgeable in help design a plan and when i changed my mind and wanted a different countertop he was patient and help us understand the pros and the cons and redesigned the countertop layout for us. Excellent service Phillip Kimm.

I had to special order replacement springs for my CloPay garage door. Receipt and special order acknowledgement I had to sign say "Customer will be notified when order is ready for pickup". After 13 days I called the store to find out my order had been waiting for several days. When I picked up the order I asked at the Pro desk why I wasn't call and was told that system is down. If they system isn't working someone should be dialing the phone. I also received by email a receipt with the same order number but for a different amount and then a credit several days after I picked up my order. I'm losing confidence in HD.

We are on the hunt for new appliances for a remodel. They had everything we needed and knowledgeable people to help us pick what we needed. Free delivery and a small amount to take our old appliances. We were informed about the whole process before we are buying. Down to the fact we will have to buy a cord for our new stove before they come!

Asked for help buying a new lawnmower. The sales person was very knowledgeable. Even helped me to the car and load it.

I bought new flooring and Jose and Renae were the best. They went over and above for me.
