They are extremely knowledgeable

LaShae was terrific not only in attempting to find me in the parking lot but while helping other customers had another staffer retrieve my iphone secured in a locked drawer so that it could be returned to me.

I always frequent the Home Depot in Folsom, but today I was assisted by a wonderful employee named Ms. Tequilla! She was very kind, professional, friendly, sweet, approachable, and most importantly, willing to help and went above and beyond her job duties to assist me in locating some microfiber towels and she did ALL of the hard work during the self-checkout process. She basically did everything for me! I truly appreciate employees like her who pay attention to their customers and who's always prepared to lend a helping hand! Ms. Tequilla deserves to be employee of the quarter/month/year and deserves other benefits such as employee discounts! Ms. Tequilla is the prime example of what makes shopping at Home Depot a human and friendly experience! Thank you so much for your time and kindness Ms. Tequilla!

The help with buying new doors for our house from Ed Dougherty was just above and beyond and he is not a relative. Just met him in the store

We purchased a set of electric cooktop and over-the-range microwave. The appliance specialist was very knowledgable for each item on display and guided us to make a right decision. We subsequently needed to make modification to our order and returned to this store. Another appliance specialist helped us to revise our order. The entire process is complicated but we are satisfied with their professionalism and friendly attitude. If you need something in this store, just ask for a help. There is somebody who could assist you.

Mike (seasonal) and Lisa(cashier) are the top employees of the year. The both are very pleasant experienced and very knowledgeable of everything that I needed to do. I will always come back to the store and I will never ever go back to the store on Baltimore Pike trust me the worst and rudest employees they are the worst staff i’ve ever encountered. Always shop on MacDade Boulevard in Folsom.

The store carries allot of products, but needs more help in the store, more personal.

Store is Very Convenient and almost always has the supples we need which I am happy about. But I find Home Depot Does Not Train their employees as they did in past to know exactly about each department. We am usally on our own when you go there.

Will was very friendly and helpful. I needed to get a dehumidifier to the front to the check out. He gladly helped me and also helped me get it into my car. Shonita at the front was very pleasant and friendly. She made sure that I received my warranty brochure when I added it to my purchase.

If you need doors this is the place to go. The sales team in the door department is Fabulous!

The flooring associate where rude and unhelpful when asked for a simple task, all I needed was for them to look up an old order. I was told that they couldn’t and I would have to return Monday through Friday to speak to someone else.
