I was charged twice for one $19 item and the sales associate did not put the effort to correct the price of an item that was supposed to be on sale

Just wanted to say thank you to Kevin M who supervised the children's building project today at Home Depot. He was so helpful with the children and the adults. I just wanted to let him know how much I appreciate his good-natured, caring attitude!

I have been going to the Reston Home Depot just to be helped by one of their employees named Adam. Every time he has been incredibly efficient and helpful. Yesterday he helped me to buy everything I needed to make a tree-house pulley. There should be more "atypical" people like Adam helping customers in all stores.

My most recent trip to the Reston Home Depot was made much easier by the efforts of Nadim, who made sure that I found what I needed.

Attempted to purchase a product on special but initially could find no personnel to assist. When I did find someone that was indicated to be the specialist for that department I was told they "knew nothing" and "could not help me". Personnel made no attempt to find any of the information about the product and turned their back on me after telling me they could not assist.

Elsa the cashier is fantastic, very friendly and super helpful!

I had to run to the HD to pick a tool while in the middle of a project. I was able to get in and out with a long wait. Tiwanna was friendly and courteous.

I had three young staff members help while at Home Depot in Reston. One knew a lot about plumbing and inspected my old item to find the exact match. The two others were in customer service and were the friendliest helpers ever!

It would be great if there was a separate parking area for trucks, and one for cars

I had to do a small return and the staff member (Nick) was helpful, efficient, and friendly. I opted for a store credit since I needed a few things. I was able to easily find what I was looking for and at decent prices. An actual cashier (2, actually!) was available to complete my check out. He was also friendly and efficient. Clearly, at least today, the store was well-run! I will definitely return when I need something else for my home.

Don't go there, it's busy enough as it is, it's my HD store. I like this smaller HD, even if they don't have stuff in stock, it's easy to shop there. Returns are easy. Staff (HD you need to hire more staff) are helpful and friendly.

Workers often go above and beyond to provide support.

I had some items to return after my project was completed. I had several invoices for the return items. Customer Service rep Adam was extremely helpful in locating the item sku numbers and matching them to the invoices. He was very knowledgeable, patient, polite and made our visit to Home depot very pleasant.
