I started shopping the Renton store as soon as it opened. Less traffic on the way, and I have been satisfied each trip. Employees eager to show this ld man the aisle and bin, and then carry the item/s to check out for me. WOW!!

I bought mulch here a week ago and I had to come back for more. I'm heading there again today to purchase some more.

Able to find the product I was looking for specifically denatured alcohol for finishes for shelving.

Can't wait to have my new front door in place!

We had ordered delivery in the morning but forgot a door supposed to be part of it. When we order in the afternoon it became separate order and will be charged second delivery. We were about to cancel the previous transaction which potentially could delay delivery and our remodeling project. However, the Renton WA Home Depot team LJ with Luke P, Hey Gay and John S. helped us and sorted it without cancelling the previous order and not charging for the order of the door. Thank you LJ and team Home Deport. Happy customer!

I bought blind installation service from home depot to remove and reinstall blind after the window replacement however the installer they sent did not know how to do it. Also he was not happy he had to do it. He did not install it correctly and argued that's all he could do.

Shopped in several departments and staff have been helpful, although my dog is a little disappointed she does not get treats like she used to at other hardware stores and home depots. Parking is a little smaller than other stores but I haven't had an issue. Glad this home depot opened up, much more convenient.

I PURCHASED AN ITEM AND NOTICED THE PRICE HAD BEEN REDUCED FROM THE TIME I MADE MY PURCHASE. THE STORE MANAGER OFFERED TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT ON THE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ITEMS TO ASSURE I WAS GETTING THE REDUCED PRICE.

Easy to access, plenty of parking available. Inventory has been greatly improved since opening. Clean restroom and great staff.

I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS STORE TO OPEN FOR AWHILE. IT’S CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE AND A LOT MORE CONVENIENT THAN ANY OF THE OTHER STORES. I LIKE THE SELECTION AND THE PRODUCTS I’M LOOKING FOR ALWAYS SEEM TO BE AVAILABLE.

I bought some Milwaukee tools had questions that were answered everyone I talked was engaged and helpful. Great experience

I was able to buy a tool set that looked like it was sold out, but 2 employees located it ontop of the shelf in a different isle and used the forklift to bring it down to me

The employees at this location are super friendly. You find that they even go out of their way to ask if you need help. That’s rare these days. Great location, love how new it is too!

This is by far the best Home Depot store I've ever seen or even heard of. Patrick the store manager is amazing, and so is his staff. I'll be shopping here all the time from now on.

The new Renton Home Depot is pretty promising, good inventory, pretty helpful staff and well situated access wise.

This place opened a few months ago but it looks like it was yesterday. Super clean, fresh, clearly high standards, and friendly employees. I was greeted by associates in the aisle, which is rare at big box retailers. Keep this up and this place will be BOOMING in no time.

Second visit and every employee I’ve encountered is super friendly and helpful. New store is fully stocked and neat and clean. App makes it easy to self direct to the products I’m looking for

We were able to find everything on our list to purchase. The store was clean, spacious, and stocked with great items. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Arash who is in the appliances center is super knowledgeable and super helpful. Will definitely come back to see him. He explained throughly to us on each item we bought. He’s awesome. The best Home Depot experience I EVER HAD. And we live in Burien, we don’t mind driving to Renton.

Love the convenient location of the new HD store. The store is well-staffed and everyone is friendly and ready to help. Very impressed with their customer service. Delivery team was quick, efficient and friendly too.

I have been around multiple home depots in Washington State and this one is by far the best. Great customer service. Great store layout. They even had uncommon niche items that I was looking for. I will definitely shop here again.
