I would recommend working with Trevor, he was excellent in appliances. He even measured all the ones I was interested in and looked online for other options. The delivery team is a hot mess and I would never use them. They broke my counter, did not hook up my stove or my water line, even though I paid for it. The also, lied and said they showed up the first day, but I have a ring doorbell, so I can see they pulled up in the street and left. Then I had to fight to have them come back for them not to hook up anything. They also did not remove my old appliance I paid for them to remove. I would recommend, Hussain, who took care of refunding my fees for that hookup and removal of my stove. Also, in customer service, Uzma, is wonderful and goes above and beyond.

Just make sure Larry at the paint shop hussian floor assist and Courtney at the register get there good stars

Heather and Melissa in the flooring department were just amazing! No one else in the store greeted me. I had such a great laugh with those girls

The employee who helped me was named Uzma. She was wonderful! She helped me return merchandise and also to check out again.

FRANK-FRANKIE IS THE BEST ,A ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS NOT IN ITS SLOT HE LOOKED UP IN THE RACK ABOVE THE TOOLS NOT THERE ,THEN HE ASKED ME IF I MINDED WAITING A LITTLE BIT ,I SAID IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM ,HE HAD TO GO TO A BACK STORAGE AREA ,WHEN HE CAME BACK HE HAD A FORKLIFT LOADED WITH PACKOUTS - MY ITEM.HE APOLOGIZED FOR IT TAKING A WHILE,I SAID IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AND THANKED HIM FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND-GREAT EMPLOYEE.

Hussein, the store manager was awesome! He was very helpful, friendly and professional, helping me find all the things I needed to purchase, making it extremely easy to find things very quickly. He answered all the questions I had regarding products and made helpful recommendations, making my job easier and efficient.

This store gets a one star rating because i cant leave a zero, the store is unkept and you can barely get down the isles. Dont waste your time if you actually expect to find something.

store is generally ok, they often do not have any cashiers open so you are forced into the self checkouts. Most of the time they have one person in paint so expect to wait.

CHARLES RUSSELL in Doors was spectacular! He found a door that I have been searching for, for days. He also found other doors I was interested in, and read thru all literature to make sure they would work for my specific needs. He was patient, and took time to explain and find everything I need, He was so helpful, and he saved ma a lot of money. I feel very blessed to have been able to work with him. I will def look for him if I need assistance in that department again. very knowledgeable.

CAROL WAS AMAZING ASSISTING ME WITH MY TUFF SHED PURCHASE. GUY HALL ASSISTED ME WITH GREAT PATIENCE WHILE CONFIGURING MY TUFF SHED, AND HE MADE IT FUN. UZMA WAS VERY HELPFUL AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS WITH GREAT KNOWLEDGE. THE TUFF SHED WEBSITE TO BUILD SHEDS, REALLY NEEDS SOME ATTENTION TO MAKE IT MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY. I HAD A HORRIBLY FRUSTRATING TIME WITH IT, BUT GUY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPED A LOT! I'M VERY EXCITED TO GET THIS FAIR PRICED SHED.

The store was very well organized. I stopped to purchase plants for my garden. The selection was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I needed assistance finding a plant and the employee took me right to the area.

Customer Service desk and store management have obvious leadership vacuums. This issue was noted in other areas of the store. Poor leadership is seen in the attitudes of employees. Associates Gary, Joe and Andrea were helpful, efficient and courteous.

I was greeted outside the store by Carol, who saw I was looking at the work sheds in the lot. She immediately began to tell me about sales, options for the sheds, and flooring alternatives. I had a return to make and Uzma was there with a friendly attitude to help me the moment I went to the courtesy desk. Carol waited for me while I had to return to my vehicle, and was ready to help me select the right work shed. The employees at the Racine Home Depot are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to shop there!

Everyone in this store was helpful and kind. Dennis that works in the electrical department was very very helpful in taking the time to show me the proper things I needed and the showed how to hook everything up right .

Everything I needed for a downspout project was in stock, making the project do-able in one day.

Kevin at Paint department made sure we had the right product , Great customer service .

David in the electrical department was very helpful, and walked me through the issues I was having step by step he even took time to draw up a diagram of the problem, made sure I had the right switch and wire . Hopefully they have other employees as informative in other departments as David.
