Employee more focused on quitting time and conversation with each other than the customer (Employer). You set yourself apart from the competition with such low standard but good quantity of product and neat store but I wonder how long that formula will last.

Associate Hayden went above and beyond to help me complete a $1,750.68 purchase. There was no siding that i wanted on shelves when Hayden told us to "hold on for a sec"...10 minutes later he came with a forklift loaded with siding and took it upon himself to load our cart. Having two full carts and a basket, he helped us make it to will call where he helped cashier expedite our purchase. Cant thank him enough...

I truly would like for this location (Midtown)to start back stocking dining area bar table and stool sets.

Why bother going into the store when the salesperson couldn’t answer the question of is this part of the promotion for the interest free for 24 months. She told me I had to call the customer service line?

I brought a mail box a month a go at a great price.

I can always find someone to help me with my questions. They never seem too busy to do so. The employees are a very helpful and friendly group.

Employees are always willing to assist with a smile. They don't make you feel like they're doing you a favor like some locations.

The delivery team for appliances is HORRIBLE!! I purchased a washer, expected to have it delivered on 7/27 and never got my item! Took off work to receive my delivery, got a missed call from what I guess was the delivery driver, who never left a voice-mail, pulled up to my apartment, sat outside for 20 minutes, never called back, didn't ring my doorbell and pulled off. I never got my washer, called the store and the delivery center. Nothing was done to even try to re-deliver my item within a reasonable time frame. How do you miss a whole delivery and you're at home?? I just chose to cancel the entire order and found a better option with a local appliance company that offers next day delivery. If you want to buy an appliance from here and select delivery, BE CAREFUL BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT EVER GET IT DELIVERED!! The sad part is, home depot seems to be aware of how awful the delivery team is, but still allows them to contract out for deliveries. All I asked was to have my delivery re-attemped and felt it was unfair and inconvenient to have to wait several more days when I was home to receive it and its the company's fault that i didn't get it! Just a poor experience all the way around thanks to their sorry delivery team. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere, especially if its for a large appliance....because YOU PROBABLY WONT GET YOUR DELIVERY!!!

Management was not helpful in resolving a problem. They were rude and dismissive.

I am a home Depot customer. And would love to see a checkout line that accept cash again...

I came to this location because I needed a propane tank, having never purchased one I asked for assistance. I noticed a young man talking to security and proceeded to explain my situation. With the look of complete irritation he told me to ask the cashier Davionna. I greeted the young lady and told her what I needed, she say “Why I’m I asking her”? I pointed to the young man she rolls her eyes and reluctantly helps me at the register. Before I could finish checking out she hurriedly walks away. Still needing assistance I ask the young man again for help, he attempts to walk away as if he doesn’t hear me calling. Fortunately the security guard was looking and he got the young mans attention. He tells me that he’s not an sales associate but isn’t trying to direct me to one either. Again I try to explain that this is my first time and I need help. Not one time has the young man said the he was about to go on break, clock out, or assisting another customer. It was as if you in a place of business and your aren’t suppose to ask employees at work for assistance, as if you just get a grand understanding from from above. I was able to get help from the security guard to finish my transaction but goes to show that customer service from both employees needs to be addressed.

I received excellent help finding the items that I needed, Mainline Cleaner, having keys made and finding a specific type of outside wall lights for my house. Checkout on the other hand was a completely different experience.

I had almost given up on both Home Depot stores near my home, including Home Depot Midtown. But customer service there yesterday blew me away! It was exceptionally GOOD! I have to give a special shout-out to associate Bobbie Lewis too! She responded to my call for help immediately, found the product I couldn’t find right away—and was friendly throughout the process. And I want to add a note of thanks to cashier Cathy. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a very long time!

I have purchased a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator and stainless steel gas range that will be delivered on May 19, 2022 that I can't wait to enjoy. So as of right now no photos my order is on the way.

I came in for one item and was properly assisted throughout the visit. The cashier Sandra was awesome and friendly.

Not a terrible location. They have pretty much everything you need but the customer volume can be high. Memphis is fortunate to have this location but could use some improvement.

I loved Ms.Freddy when she was there. Always eager to help out and she wouldn't leave your side until I had gotten whatever it was that I came in for if she could help it. This new woman that they have in charge up front is a complete disgrace! She's upset every time I come in. She rolls her eyes and says slick comments as she walks off from you after you've asked her a simple question. I don't understand, why would you work in customers service if you don't want to help?? Bring Freddy back!! She is not fit for the job!!!

Purchased the Husky 46" 14 drawer tool chest and cabinet. Manager Keith not only go it for me and my wife but brought it out and with the help of Omar and associated they unboxed it to make sure of no damage and then loaded it in our Honday Odssey van and secured it. Got home and not a scratch on it.

Megan was so sweet and helpful along with mr. Jerry and alexis
