I went into the store to buy some plumbing supplies for a valve that broke. We live 50 miles from town so its essential we get the right parts the first time. My husband was at home and I know NOTHING about plumbing so he told me to go find an "expert" in plumbing and then he'd try to tell them over the phone what he needed. The sent ANGEL. A pretty young woman who didn't fit the common definition of a plumbing expert. I'm ashamed to say that I even doubted for a minute. She was so humble. I called my husband and within the first 30 seconds of the conversation, I realized this girl knew her stuff. I was in and out in five minutes. She knew EXACTLY what my husband needed and as a result of her extensive knowledge of plumbing, my 95 year old Mother In Law had water again. I can't say enough about this young lady. I'm so glad that Home Depot is giving women opportunities to show they have a valuable and viable place in Home Depot. DON'T judge a book by its cover. Her outward appearance did NOT depict her inward knowledge. Give women a chance because she should be recognized for her knowledge, work ethic, friendliness and total service to the customer. Cans say enough about her. My husband is a "rancher" "old school" and he is now a believer. GOOD JOB ANGEL! I will look YOU up next time if I need something for sure. Great experience both as a customer and as a woman. Her Dad was a plumber so like me, she was a Daddy's girl and kudos to her Dad for teaching her valuable life skills!

The Home Depot Appliance Team rocks the house! I recently placed a rather complicated appliance order at Home Depot #1807 Chubbuck. The Appliance experts at Home Depot helped me find the exact products I needed. The product search alone took a good while but they were very patient and were determined to find what I was looking for. Together we reviewed the specifications and compared them to my requirements. In summary, the appliance team made what would have been a very complicated order a much more positive experience. If you need help with an appliance purchase...especially a specialty appliance/order in SouthEast Idaho make sure you speak with the Chubbuck Home Depot Appliance Team!

Was greeted right away by a very kind and knowledgeable sales associate. He was very helpful and we walked out with a new dishwasher in less then 20 minutes.

been all long time that I got an employee that new the store what they have were it was and was willing to help, her name was Kelli. I hope she's working if I cannot find something again she is cool lady and I thank her for all her help

Could've used a few people at checkout registers instead of 1 young lady at self check out as a lot of us older people don't like computers or have disabilities that prevent us from standing for long periods. Thank you. Waited for several minutes after walking around trying to find someone to cut pipe for me.

Overall store is near and usually stocked. Finding someone to help you is a challenge, but if you do they are very helpful and sometimes bilingual. A cashier that's been there for "12 years" is very rude, but the on floor and customer service employees are very considerate and helpful. Would recommend 8/10.

This Home Depot is #1 in my book - I have been to several in this state as well in other states and this store has the best customer service. I could find associates to help me that were knowledgeable and stayed with me thru the purchasing process as well as went above and beyond to make my visit wonderful. From purchase to home delivery - everyone was wonderful!!! From the assistance I received to the check out counter to deliver person to people I spoke to on the phone - absolutely fantastic.

My favorite home supply store. What more can I say. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Very much enjoyed the friendly help and assistance from Geneta today.

I shop there a lot I have been a pro paint member for 5 years. I work all the time and I need things to be efficient in people to be good at their job. Our family has dealt with major medical issues I gave my son a kidney 16 years ago he got another one 3 years ago. Most of them refer me if I'm in the aisle and someone needs an expert opinion on something that I do they'll say this lady right here and she can tell you some stories. That kind of interaction brings the other customers back what brings customers to me and I buy everything I can through the store because I trust them to do what I need and they know how much it messes up one of my jobs when things aren't done appropriately and they work on it and we interact about that situation frequently with always excellent results both Josh's that are managers are amazing continually concerned with how they can improve things I know almost all of your Cashiers on a friendship basis at this point I really miss the Saturday availability of the pro desk when the numbers go down you guys meaning management take away the pro desk people and cut hours for loaders and other things like that which which are needed. I understand it's a bean-counter thing but when you do that word gets out and in small communities which Pocatello is considered to be one it means a lot two contractors to be able to have people that can help them do their job and facilitate everything happening appropriately. I'm in there so often I'm friends with most of your reps as well. They teased around all the time about me being in the Home Depot commercial which I would love to do LOL! A lot of people put down what they call a box store and I shop local in Pocatello all the time but I prefer dealing with Home Depot because I've developed a rapport with them that is undeniable and they bend over backwards to make things happen for me within the guidelines of their job.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind especially Jamie. The peas appeared to be out of stock but Jamie helped me locate the last packet.

Bambi's customer service is beyond anything we have experienced. She went above and beyond for us today. She made sure when we left that we were 100% satisfied. Bambi was extremely helpful. The store was clean and the products that we needed were easily found.

Greeted and helped from the moment I walked in the store!! They checked with me multiple times and I did need the additional assistance. Thanks Much!! And of course "I'll Be Back"

The customer service in the flooring department was extremely helpful. We had several flooring options to choose from. The ordering process was quick and efficient.

Outstanding customer service provided by Home Depot employees in the Chubbuck Idaho Store. They answered questions, directed me to products and fulfilled my needs. And, they did so like it was part of their every day normal activities. Hooray for excellent customer service.

Wanting to buy an Air Purifier & had no idea what to get. Nathan helped us pick out the correct one. Very nice young man. Had been to another business & they were trying to sell us way more than we needed. Glad we stopped into Home Depot. So far Air Purifier is working great & perfect for what we need.

Home Depot is our hardware store of choice and employees are always helpful. Tina was the one who won us over today able to answer all my questions and then later ended up being the one who checked us out. Very friendly and enthusiastic Tina was great.

Impressed at the quality of employees this location has. I live in Blackfoot and have the option to go to Idaho Falls or Pocatello and I now only come here. The quality of help is double what I find in other locations. Great Job. Keep it up!
