Gandhi and Teresa were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient, and in no time we were set up with new kitchen cabinets and counters within our budget. As a novice and first-time homebuyer, I need the assistance that The Home Depot advertises. I could not find a person to assist me in Garden, even after paging; a person from Plumbing tried to help me but we found the product I needed wasn't in the store. This person told me to go to Customer Service and order it. Customer Service told me to go home and order it online. It was very frustrating, the entire experience.

The Home Depot at PLANO Store #0539 is AWESOME! The employees there are very friendly and knowledgeable , I'm sure there are more great Home Depot store across the metroplex however this is the location I will be visiting more often.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The products needed are in stock, and the employees are so professional, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend Home Depot for supplies needed for projects, etc.

I went to buy a $729, 100 lb., Honda lawnmower. Stopped at the service desk on the way in and asked them to send someone to the lawnmower aisle to help me load the 100 lb. box on to a flat cart. Waited 15 minutes, nobody ever came. So I loaded it myself. Then the price on the shelf didn't match the price listed online for this store. The only real problem was that after checkout there was no one to help me load the 100 lb. box in my truck. I was told "no loaders have come to work today". The cashier was embarrassed. She called and paged numerous people, but no one ever came. While I stood there for 10 minutes, I was wondering, what do the managers do here? Never a sign of one. Finally the cashier gave up when it was obvious no one was going to respond. She and I struggled, but eventually got the 100 lb 4.5' x 3' box into my truck bed. Pretty sad.

Aside from a cashier, there was no assistance available in the lumber aisle when I was there from 11:15 to 12:15 to make a purchase. Signage displayed 92" 2x4 as 96" 2x4 and customer service said they are allowed to do this. I did not discover the incorrect length until after I got home, stained my 8 purchased 2x4s and tried to use them on the project.

This store is always clean, the associates ready to help in every department, willing to stop putting up stock to help locate what I am looking for.

Gandhi is a Hero and 0539 store is phenomenal

Gandhi in appliances did such an awesome job helping me select my appliances and was very patient and understanding. He made sure I felt comfortable with my selection and answered all of my questions and concerns. I can tell you really do care about your customers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help.

I love shopping at this Home Depot, the employees are always wiling to help especially Sylvia who works at the front desk. I was having a bad day when I went in and after talking with her I left with a smile!!
