The store was extremely clean and a the employees were doing their part to sanitize, help customers and organize the store. I checked out with Samantha and she was not only polite, and professional but made me feel like we have been friends for years. Great store and personnel.

I want to recognize several of your employees whom I believe do an excellent job and take their work very seriously. I have noticed this over making several different trips to your store. Please let Joe at the Paint Desk, Meredith, Kenton, and Samantha (cashier) know that customers like me have noticed how they handle themselves and what great customer service they show toward customers; not just me; but, others and friends of mine who shop at your location. What a great team.

Very surprised the employees were not helpful at all. They would look at us and look away. We spent over $800 and are currently redoing our bathroom. This will not be our only trip for the project.

Associates were friendly but hard to find one but the store was very busy my complaint would be to much merchantdice sitting by the checkouts had alot of trouble getting my stuff to the check out I had 4x8insulation sheeting with 11 sheets it was hard to get to a checkout

I have been working on this house now for 4 months an He has helped me find everything that I have needed an helped me load or to be sure someone is always there to help. The people actually seem to care, demonstrate expertise and do not talk down to one - even answered questions we didn't ask, which we probably should, when making the decision regarding a major appliance purchase. No pressure to buy immediately - in fact, offered the suggestion that we check additional selections available online, promising to help get everything handled once we made that decision.

Employees very helpful and friendly. Stocked fairly well and neat.

We had numerous salespeople ask if they could assist us. The ones who did not have a good understanding of what we were looking for, quickly called for help from a salesperson who had a outstanding knowledge of the materials.

I think the employees I interacted with were mostly nice. The cashier was excellent. I think this store might be a bit understaffed though.

Purchased a garage door opener and arranged installation 14 days ago. After 2 phone calls and 1 follow-up visit to the store, I am still waiting for either a call back or arrangement for the install.
