STORE IS CLEAN, HELPFUL EMPLOYESS. BUT NEED MORE EMPLOYESS THAT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Plenty of parking, professional staff, plenty of stock and easy to find the store. Located immediately off of of RT. 21

I all most visit that store as every day basic. Those girls as cashier and floor organizer are very helpful at the moment getting asisten. Thanks Dominique for the nice treatment. I love the Home Depot .

Again, this is a great store. Customer service is satisfactory. No lines at the self-check out section. The only negative aspect is the alarming behavior of a group of males that stand near the entrance/exit of the parking lot. From what I gather they are looking for an opportunity to earn cash; however this might discourage buyers from visiting the store. As I compare this store to the one located in Clifton, NJ or Wayne, NJ; it is obvious the issue is not being addressed by Passaic authorities.

I mean the staff are great with their service just need a lil' more of carries on bathroom tiles...

The people in this store are super friendly and what I love the most its they are true people especially my friend vincent

Unfriedly employees the management simply does not care, this store is a mess and constantly out of stock. I have not had one good experience shopping at this location.

Appliance Specialist Patricia Shaver was an amazing sales girl. She answered all of my questions, and made sure I got the best deal. She made my experience a very positive one. She was pleasant, and had a great personality. Great representative for Passaic Home Depot.we need more people like her!

Much cleaner and friendlier environment compared to the Paterson store

I have shopped at this store and have had the same person help me each time. Bernadette is extremely helpful and ensures you leave with what you cane in for. She knows what customer service is.

GRAET STORE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED

Customer service is horrible at times. A cashier named Stephany literally waved me off to be on her phone when I was trying to ask for assistance. Very unprofessional. The service desk however is very helpful. They also majority of the time have everything I need.

Store manager Rich Montague took his time with my family and me to make sure we bought exactly what we needed for our home. Mr. Montague even took the time to speak with our son about issues he was having in school. We will definitely shop at the Passaic Home Depot again.

GOOD EXPERIENCE

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot location for nearly a decade... this store keeps improving not only the service but the quality and variety of product available. Staff knows where everything is and most of the time I’m able to find what I need. Recently I purchased a bathroom fan online... the fan arrived at the store but it was damaged so the managers automatically sent it back for a new one and notified me of the situation... Up on pick up when the new fan arrived... a extremely nice old lady named Carol (spelled wrong) went above and beyond to find my item in the receiving department even tho the store was minutes from closing at 10PM!!! Thank you again!

THE STORE THRIVES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, FROM A FULL SELECTION ON ALL APPLIANCES, LIGHT BULBS (SOME OF US REALLY LIKE LIGHT BULBS), RUGS, MIRRORS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES TO A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED STORE -- EVEN THE RESTROOM IS ALWAYS IMPECCABLE.
