We've used Home Depot for two shower remodels and our kitchen cabinet refacing and new countertops. We were very pleased with all of the work done, the pricing, the contractors, and all aspects of the projects. All of the Home Depot employees were great!

Had a wonderful experience on 07/16/21 at this store. My cordless drill died in the middle of a project. Joe, in the tool rental station, explained that new Ryobi drills come with a full charge. He closely matched my old drill model and I was happy to be able to finish my project that night. Joe also took my old batteries to be recycled. I was lucky to go to this store and get the helpful advice from Joe.

This Home Depot has the best customer service out of all the ones that we have been to. The staff is helpful and kind, they are the best!

Associate’s Joe and Frank are very helpful workers if they don’t know where something is they help you search until they find it. Really appreciate their help

I enjoy shopping at the Fairless Hills Home Depot. The store is always neat and clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. Most importantly, the sales associates know their stock.

EVERY YEARLY I AM SPENDING ABOUT $94000 TO 102000. EVEN FLOWER TREES AND FRUIT TREES ARE VERY NICE AND GROWING VERY GOOD AT HOME. STAFF ALSO VERY WELL TRAINED AND GOOD HELPING NATURE. VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD.

I received excellent service when I called to confirm that a tool I wanted was in inventory and I very much appreciated not only the speed of the service but the accuracy and excellent attitude of the employee. The contrast between the service I received at Home Depot and the service I recently received at one of their competitors convinces me to check Home Depot first.

Store has everything I need and then some.employees very friendly

I encountered an employee named Angie with reddish/pinkish hair at the garden center cash register, she was just standing there doing nothing I asked her why the flatbed carts were at the other end of the parking lot I’m not close to the garden center for the customers to use, she replied that’s a good question I followed up with why does she not address it with the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders. The cashier that was checking out customers was a little bit overwhelmed and she just stood there watched him and did absolutely nothing! when I got closer to the checkout she said it was 5 o’clock time for her to go, and she walked away, when I got to the cashier he was very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience. When I ask him if she was training him or a supervisor he said he had no idea what her position was or what she was doing. I will not let one poorly trained uninterested employee stop me from shopping at Home Depot however I do believe it is important to bring the shortcomings to management and perhaps have this individual re-trained and or disciplined for her refusal to work!

To Stephanie thanks for helping me check out at the self check out. I am an old disabled Vet Marine. Its difficult to use all the technology that you take for granted. I grew up in a time of dial phones and 3 TV stations. All this technology that you understand so well s challenging for me. You helped me check out a simple task for you but you showed kindness helping me and not making me feel stupid. You thanked me for my service I went out to my car and cried to think of all the other people who spit on me and cursed me out when I wore my uniform and basically treated me like you know what. Saying thanks was genuine and I want to tell you that it means a lot. The pain never goes away no matter how old I get and my appreciation for what you did I will always remember.

I am very disappointed with this store and it’s staff. It’s impossible to find help at this store. I never thought that ordering a window blinds would be such a hustle. I showed up on Monday to order some costume window blinds and after 1hr of waiting around I was told that there is no one at the store that knows how to order custom blinds. Also, I was told to leave all my information including measurements and someone would reach out to me first thing in the morning to place an order. I never got that call so I had to go back to the store where I ended up talking to assistant manager that was annoyed by my situation. There was no apology just excuses. I know these blinds were only $220 but please look up my purchases last 12 month at Home Depot. I spent over $30,000 and I did not deserve this treatment. I would recommend you to train your employees and managers. The assistant manager was not helpful at all. I would Not recommend this Home Depot especially if you need assistance from employees working there. I doubt that my review is going to be read. Thanks
