Products...yes.... Assistance...It was available.... Store Clean.....yes.... Associates...yes they were friendly and she made sure that the materials were. She encouraged me to come back and shop. Home Depot in Orange, Texas has been very helpful since it has been in Orange, Texas. I have been able to find the things that I need when I shop and they are priced at a very convenient price. I am trying to replace the things that I have lost since Hurricane Harvey. If the product in store they will gladly order the product and call me. This store is very helpful to this community. There is always a lot of people shopping just as myself trying to replace things and building materials behind four hurricanes. Thank you for this store in Orange, Texas that is so helpful. I am a Retired School Teacher that is trying to remodel my home.

I wish they had more employees designated to specific zoned departments. I feel they could be trained in that area to offer the consumer much more informative help when coming in with a problematic project & needing help finding things from a knowledgeable staff member. I have been in several times looking for something & requesting help & find employees ducking & running or dodging the area as if “ NOT MY DEPARTMENT” I have turned to google MANY TIMES as well going online to try & find the location of an item in the store,

A FEW BAD APPLES, (EMPLOYEES) MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THE WHOLE STORE IS BAD. I SIMPLY WILL HAVE TO START SHOPPING ELSEWHERE LIKE A LOT OF OTHERS ALREADY DO.

I would like to thank employee "Jill" in the garden department. She was very cheerful and most helpful. She smiled and even loaded my soil when all the men employees seemed to disappear.

The employees, manager, and all the assistant managers there are friendly and enjoyable to shop with. There is one Asst Manager there, who has not people skills, nor the resources to resolve customer issues, though. I do not know his name, but he is black and has a shaved head. When I see him, I leave and go somewhere else.

I am satisfied with most of the employees there, but I never want to have to deal with the black man that is the asst manager there, again. The Manager there, and other asst managers are very nice.

Love my very own hometown Home Depot! Five minute drive to everything I need or needed to rebuild after Hurricane Harvey put two feet of water in my home. The people who work there are SUPER friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Never been able to stump any of them, and have actually been taught some things by them! Not only helped me find things, but instructed me on how to use them. Thanks for being in Orange, Texas!!

In the Garden Dept. it would be a improvement to have Bonnie Garden Supplier to have six packs of garden vegetables. I plant tomatoes in buckets and have about twenty four plants which I can't buy one at a time and it's too expensive. So I go to venders who will. I buy my garden soil and fertilize at your store and it would be nice to do it in one stop.

Staff at Orange Home Depot are very helpful & everything is clean including the restroom. Materials are all labeled correctly. Everything we needed they had in the store. Over all a good experience for us. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks

I don't know much about shopping for fiberglass and fiber cloths but everything is labeled so it's easy to find what you need and someone is always close by if you need assistance. Thanks Orange Home Dep.

Employees are friendly & very helpful, but you need more employees to go around for amount of customers in your store.

I had such a wonderful experience at Home Depot today because of the awesome customer service that Ms. Tina gave us! She stayed over her work time in order to see us through our entire ordering and purchasing of our new stove. We will be sure to purchase our refrigerator from Home Depot now because of Tina's wonderful work ethics!

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else when Home Depot is obviously better. Home Depot employees actually respects you and or willing to answer your questions in a timely manner. They are willing to go above and beyond their necessary duties to ensure that you get a quality product and the equipment to go along with it

We are so grateful we have a Home Depot in our town. Everyone that works there are helpful and friendly. It is a great shopping experience because we seem to always find just what we need.

The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are always polite asking if you need help gives you great ideas for your projects and what tools you need to use
