I had the best experience with customer service while shopping for a construction project!! The 4 employees that were helpful were very knowledgeable about their department and friendly as well as professional!!!!!

We enjoy shopping at Home Depot. My husband is a Veteran and is thankful for the parking and the discount. Help is always available and so nice. If they don't know they find out for you. Prices are within reason and always in stock. At least we never had anything that they didn't have in stock. With this virus attacking us, Home Depot followed all the instructions to keep us all safe. Couldn't ask for more.

The young lady at the front door is very welcoming and kind. The store is clean and the products are displayed in an orderly fashion.

Employees were all very helpful and polite. The cashier Michelle is always so helpful, polite and makes you feel good checking out. Very good employee. There was also a lady in the lighting section that helped us find some specific type of lights on 11/20 at about 11 AM but I didn't see her name. She even came down off a ladder to help us. Store was clean and restroom very clean.

the store is clean but the shelves were not stocked in some areas. Shirley, at customer service, was very helpful and knowledgeable aobut what I was looking for and getting assistance to take my purchase to my vehicle.

I picked up a substantial load of cinderbock, lumber and sakrete and everyone from Carol at checkout to the 2 gentlemen that ensured my trailer was loaded perfectly in terms of balance was awesome! Very impressed folks! Well done and thank you!

I have lived in many places and spent tens of thousands of dollars in HD stores...the associates who work in the Omak store, are the friendliest and most helpful folks, I have had the pleasure to encounter! Whatever I have needed, they have absolutely gone out of their way to help me out!

I really enjoy shopping here, associates are always friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had a question that they didn't find an answer to. During our extensive remodel they've helped with suggestions, design and located products needed. Made the whole project much easier. Thanks!

I think the Home Depot store in Omak is doing the best they can with this virus. A lot was closed off for our benefit and I had a little trouble finding some things. Had no problem getting assistance. Very helpful and the people who helped us were very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is always clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Another great benefit is the military discount which I appreciate.

At this store you are generally greeted as you enter. The store is clean and well organized. There is staff available to answer your questions. When I was remodeling 3 bathrooms I was assisted in making decisions by competent and professional individuals. The quality of materials is excellent as is their return policy.

I really like shopping at the Omak Home Depot! The associates are always friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you have about an item or product and give suggestions and how-tos if you're not quit sure how to do something.

Our Home Depot in Omak wa. is a clean and easy to find item store. If you cannot find something there is always someone there to help you. Either to advise you or send you to where the item is. Great store with great employees. Great help to Veterans with the discount and parking. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Omak Home Depot is the cleanest, very well stocked, most organized, and most tidy Home Depot I have shopped at. The employees are very friendly and eager to help you get exactly what you need. They clearly focus on the success of their customers and take pride in the cleanliness of the store. Definitely a positive and helpful culture in this store. I wish other Home Depot stores were like this one.

A friendly employee directed me to the automobile aisle. Helen helped me several ways when I checked out. She brought me a cart to haul the heavy garage jack, typed in my email because I had trouble doing it, and treated me in a respectful and friendly manner.
