Great choice for anyone doing some home improvement they have just about everything you're gonna need. Went into get connecter for the the sink and some paint I was in an out with 10 min very polite employees fast at the check out I would recommend this store to anyone that's doing home improvement.

for as long as i remember the entrance to the store has always been wrong. because when you exit the store you have to walk all the way across the parking lot,to far to dangerous.

Went to windham ,you showed 8 of 1002-856-741 Milwaukee drill kit had 0 ,was told Portland had 6 went to Portland they had 0 in stock,was told south portland showed 5 so I called ylrhey too have none,asosatte rick is going to check it out and call me back,very unsatisfied with this and all the running around

My husband and I have been looking to replace our entire appliance set for months now. We were completely green to the products and have a limited budget. On multiple occasions, we stopped into the Windham store to assess the appliances and Bonnie couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, patient or kind. She never pressured us and always had a pleasant demeanor. This weekend we finally decided to make our purchase. Sadly, Bonnie wasn’t there to assist us, but to our great luck, we were helped by “Taylor the Terrific!!” She did not miss a beat! She could sense our uneasiness and took the time to walk through and triple check each of our selections with us. (She was so unbelievably patient!!!) She also escorted us to the checkout line and stayed with us through the entire purchase to make sure we got our appropriate discounts applied and our delivery paperwork organized. We felt like VIP’s!! Thank you Bonnie and Taylor!!

The store was clean. There were adequate store employees available to assist me when I needed it. I found what I needed after I asked where it was located. The associates were helpful although they did not know the answers when I first asked them. A female store employee researched the product I was inquiring about and was able to find it and show it to me so I could purchase it if I wanted to . I was very appreciative.

Cashier Deborah was very helpful in helping find exactly what i needed. The whole store is this way. No employee walks by me without asking if I need their help. Have been to other stores in New England, this one tops all in cleanliness and availability of product.

I'm always able to find what I'm looking for at The Home Depot in North Windham, and if I'm having trouble there's always a friendly store employee to help me. This is really nice since I only moved to Windham this past summer, so it was kind of daunting. I've bought paint, a grill, lights, rented a truck; you name it. They have a bell at the front of the store you can ring if the associates have been especially helpful, and I ring it every time I'm there!

The Home Depot #2412 Windham store was clean with clearly marked aisles and had helpful personnel who assisted. They generally always seem to have what I need and the prices are very reasonable.

I would have rated this store a 5 star but I went to purchase some boards and at first the male employee didn't know what I was talking about but after he asked me another name of the boards he showed me where they were but then left. I had to go get him because I couldn't reach the boards. He provided me with a utility cart with steps and then left again and I had to get the boards down myself. He never offered to get them down for me. The cashier was very friendly.

We love this store. They have what we need and if they don't have it they will find it for us. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful.

The evening Asst. Store Manager is one of the rudest, nastiest persons I have ever encountered. Her customer service skills on a scale of 1-10 are a 0. She refused to allow me to return flooring that had been purchased two days earlier despite the fact that I was replacing it with a flooring from Home Depot that was far more expensive. Her refusal came after one of her staff told us she would be happy to make the exchange and after we had already unloaded the truck and stacked it where we were told to do so. The Asst. Store Manager was clearly angry and for reasons that remain unclear told me to take the flooring and get out of the store. She literally pointed to the door and said "out". I have always shopped at Home Depot but will definitely reconsider this.
