Unfortunately there were several customers who were not wearing masks in violation of the store's stated Covid policies. I will shop elsewhere if the store continues to be lax with enforcement of its health protocols.

We have always had a good experience at this store. The people who work there are friendly and efficient, although at times it seems there are not enough of them.

Very nice store and support personnel. Deborah was very courteous at checkout.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. This is important to me. Lots of good products. The person online helped me with specifications that I needed on a tool.

The best experience I have had at similar stores. It was well stocked and most important, had employees available to help locate what I needed.

I loaded 16 sheets of drywall by myself without one offer of assistance from the store workers that walked past. Then I loaded a exterior 36x80 door while a store employee just watched me. When I asked him how could he just watch me and not offer to help, he said it looked like I was OK. The door,frame and molding was at least 50 pounds and 3 feet wide and 7.5 feet tall. To top it off, no employee offered to help me load it on to my truck. I did get three offers from customers though, one being a very nice woman.

My trip to Home Depot today was great. Their customer service was outstanding, the lines were short at checkout (no clusters of folks waiting during C19), and the store was clean, orderly, and WELL STOCKED. I was very happy with the service and how they treated me as a customer.

Heather provided excellent customer service along with the manager in giving me a 10 percent discount off a bulk purchase of air filters since they were all out at another store & had to travel to this store off Northpoint Dr. In Durham. Thanks!

Today the cashier started checking us out and as we approached she was surfing the web on her register. She argued with my fiancé about a price for the yard timbers and stated that she didn’t know how to change the price and she wasn’t able to determine the correct item on her screen. She then suspended our transaction and took a customer behind us. Prior to this a store employee did not assist us in purchasing a range, instead he told us that Home Depot “probably” didn’t have it in stock and it would “probably” need to be special ordered. When we asked how we would go about purchasing, he questioned if we wanted the range today...then proceeds to tell us how how the store makes/doesn’t make money by having certain appliances on the sales floor. Nevertheless, he never looked up the item to see if it was even in stock to purchase. We left with no information on the range we wanted. We very disappointed with our experience today.

Every employee I encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful. One young person sought after a more experienced one when he didn’t immediately know the answer. I was impressed. I shopped in multiple departments and was always helped.

Only was shopping in the garden section of the store. Found the Soil conditioner and some other items that I was looking for. Needed help lifting the big bags and loading them into my SUV. The young man that assisted me was wonderful, Salas is his name I think. Engaging in conversation, sincere and kind. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. You need to keep him!! This was on Aug. 10, 2020.

The store is very clean but it's hard to get help from a sales associate

Generally a good store overall. Clerks & cashiers are helpful & polite. As a professional, I usually know my products but sometimes need help finding them. Help is always offered for large heavy items. In general, my 1 complaint about HD is the tendency to keep moving products around. I have even heard a few clerks quietly admit this frustration also.

I love this store! Employees are so friendly. Today especially, terry from hardware helped me locate and take me directly to it.

Elsie in the paint department helped us perfectly match paint for an antique we are restoring. She was helpful, polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location and you paint and other home improvement projects.

I have consistently enjoyed shopping in this store. The clerks are unusually helpful and have already given me great advice. I appreciate the layout and usually find what I want very quickly.

The North Pointe Home Depot is conveniently located and fully stocked. Be sure to utilize the knowledge of the employees when shopping. Every time I have needed assistance and an opinion, the HD staff has been right there with excellent solutions and information.

Rude self checkout worker.

This store is always clean. The employees are easy to locate if and when you need assistance. They are very friendly and willing to help you locate anything you need. They know the layout of the store very well, so this does not seem to be a problem for them.

I’ve come to this store repeatedly and staff was always helpful. There hasn’t been a time when I passed an associate that didn’t speak or offer assistance. They took the intimidation out of shopping here! This is my new favorite place!

Nice place to shop

I have begun to shop online a lot, especially for heavy objects that I cannot handle. The new pickup area is so convenient and the cashiers up there are really friendly and seriously helpful. The other day I purchased 8 bags of sand online, and not only did the cashier tell me that they should be on a cart at the end of aisle 22, but she insisted on walking me there to make sure they were.

Danielle was able to give me a price match on a paint sprayer that was cheaper somewhere else. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
