I wish this store was in southern Maine!

We ordered an expensive door $5,000.00 it was different than the store model and it isnt what we really want.

I find the employees at this location are VERY helpful and accommodating ....they are the BEST

I worked with Kodi the other day in appliances he was trying most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He walked my wife and I threw the appliance's we bought and helped us any way we needed I will always go back to this store

Although it took a few employees of walking past me, one asked if they could help me. They directed me to what I was looking for, used product information and personal experience to help me find what was right for me, and hung around to make sure they were there if I needed help finding the next item on my list (I did). Checkout cashier was friendly, efficient, and even recommended a product for me based on my small-talk of my project! I've come here multiple times, each time leaving happily, but this trip I really needed help, and the employees saw that and came to my rescue.

Got a complete and detailed explanation of different flooring types and Paul spent a lot of time with me. Could have bought material anywhere but came back here. Had help loading. Got personal friendly service and a much better understanding of what I needed. Displays are nice but it is the people that make them relevant!

THE NORTH CONWAY STORE IS SIMPLYTHE BEST HOME DEPOT STORE FROM MAINE TO FLORIDA. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THIS STORE ARE FAR AND BEYOND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE GROUP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A HOME DEPOT STORE. THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS. I DID NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE EVEN ONCE BECAUSE THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY QUICK TO ASSIST ME. OTHER STORES HAVE FRUSTRATED ME ON MANY OCCASIONS AND I AM NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT NORTH CONWAYS DESERVES THIS ONE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THANKS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY ASSISTANCE. MADE MY DAY!

people working here who tell you, you need this, when in fact, they just want to make a sale. Having employees selling you the wrong electrical stuff, that will void the warranty of your product, and cause an electrical fire, causing a structure fire. I will not step foot in this store to buy any electrical product that needs a cord or outlet upgrade, cause its just plain unsafe to buy from people who are totally clueless about the products they sell.

The sales associate Samantha was very helpful and treated me in a professional manner. Also, the delivery driver was VERY helpful and he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with his delivery. I was not able to get his name but I hope that when I order again, he will be my delivery driver. To the manager of this store: Please let these people know what a good job they did.

I have always been satisfied with Home Depot and there willingness to negotiate when necessary.

I have been associated with the North Conway store for 10 years. We moved to the area and began to renovate the house we're living in. I was never disappointed.

The store was mostly clean but dark. Samantha did a wonderful job processing my HD card application and subsequent purchase. She also was able to resolve an issue with the delivery charge. 5★ However, the delivery itself was not handled as well. 2★ After scheduling the delivery on a Thursday, and waiting most the day, I needed to call the store to discover the delivery was rescheduled for Saturday without being notified. 1★ Debbie did all she could to try to get it delivered as promised but was unable to. She then was able to get a partial credit returned to the card for the inconvenience of tying up two of my days waiting on the delivery. 5★ I was also disappointed to have them deliver a display model rather than the stove that was in store in an unopened box. 2★ The display model also had a stripped foot that would not screw in so after they brought it in the stove was not even standing level. 1★ I chose not to refuse delivery of the stove as I had already had to wait the extra days and knew it would've been at least the middle of the next week before they could return. 1★ Thankfully the stove came with extra feet which leads me to believe it may be an OEM issue. 5★ Hopefully in the future HD will change the policy of leaving the delivery time as anywhere between 6am and 8pm. Would make the delivery 5★ And of course. Deliver packaged products if assembly is not requested to get a 5★ for that. Would I recommend the store? Yes for in store, no for delivery.

I really like the North Conway store because everytime I go in there everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Great people...

P.J. is great! He keeps the lot really clean and very organized. He is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He found the product we were looking for. He works very hard and is a wonderful associate. However, the general manager is a detriment to this store.

Every associate at every Home Depot has been extremely helpful, but the North Conway employees have been even more so.

I have never encountered an employee at this location that was not helpful and friendly. Today Coltune was such a big help when I couldn't find an item I was looking for. He got a ladder and found the item on the overstock shelf. Nancy at shelf checkout was a big help when I tried to use a gift card. I hihgly recommend this store

Too often people focus on the negative, for me shopping at the North Conway store could not be more positive. We are going thru the process of a new build and needed to pick out kitchen counters, backsplash, flooring, and appliances ( we saved a great deal on appliances due to the associate telling us to wait a couple of days for the up coming sales event before making our purchase). The sales associates were so helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. The whole process was easy and enjoyable. The store was very clean, stocked with just what we were looking for and offered products we didn't even think about until we saw them. Home depot, for me, is one of my favorite places to shop.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever been to. Mostly because of great service from associates like John in lumber and Maria at checkout.

Love the store, just wish they did not clutter up the front end with all the sale and promotional items. I always seem to knock one over with my big cart.
