From the moment I walked in, my experience was truly epic. There were so many people there willing to help in anyway that they could. I have not experienced this in any store! Jennifer, from the paint department, made my day. Her smile and her willingness to go above and beyond was outstanding!!! I wouldn’t shop at any other store honestly.

A special thank you goes to Kodi, Kaleb, Cheryl, Chris, Martha, Jon, Eric and Becky. You are always so helpful when we come to the store and it makes our buying experience better all around!

Friendly warm attentive pro-active patient generous as well as knowledgable and always honest customer service (which brings us back again & again for future purchases ….. excellent customer service is always a primary part of the sales team!)

We spent over 8,000.00 on flooring ... was told it would be 4-6 weeks out for installation ... Then, received call that it would be much longer ... Then, received another call stating it would be much longer for the installation... very disappointed, and thinking of cancelling order ... We got the "measurement" done in September ... now, we are told it will be in early December before flooring installation will be done ... Materials delivery also didn't happen as promised ... very disappointed ... thinking about order cancel, and shredding my Home Depot cards ...

Always seems to have the products I am looking for and the help when needed.....

During my recent visit to the North Conway NH Home Depot I was pleased with the help and ideas that Jonathan V. (Lumber Department) gave me. I was looking for a metal grate of some kind to keep pets and “skunks” from getting in; Jonathan was able to provide a few suggestions. When I got home I installed the metal grate his suggested and that solved our problem! Thank you Jonathan 👍

The prodesk is a step above any other HD I have been to and prefer to order here.

This trip was just for Damp Rid which we find very helpful to keep the dampness from becoming mold/mildew in our below ground lower level of our home. Shop here all the time for this particular product. In the past, we have purchased lumber and hanging rail to make a barndoor to create a private space for our son's studio. In every instance, regardless of what we purchased, the staff has been more than helpful. We find this is consistent every time we shop here. Love this location!

Bought some flooring at Home Depot in North Conway. From the moment I walked in the store to the moment I left, service was terrific. Folks guided me to the products I needed, and even offered to help me load my truck. Great folks!

Hope you are lucky enough to work with Hunter Marshall, Johnny (service desk), and Tori Thibodeau (flooring). These reps went above and beyond in their knowledge and eagerness to help and listen. What a different box store experience than I've been used to!

Martha rocks the customer service area at North Conway, NH store. Goes out of her way to come around the counter to help, is very friendly and put me at ease with my return.

I ordered items online, 2 hours later they still weren’t ready. They then tried to charge me for the items at pickup even though I paid online. Manager didn’t seem interested in coming to a resolution, he just told me to call online sales. It took me 45 minutes to pickup an online order, I typically order online to avoid spending a ton of time at the stores.

Bought just everything at this wonderful store

PRO associate Janice Tanzi worked with me for over 3 hours to resolve what seemed to be an impossible problem. Her dedication to customer service was above & beyond. TY to her and Home Depot for making customer satisfaction a priority!

I had A wonderful experience with Hydie Bryan and Jane- Marie. They helped me pick out , design and order my kitchen Cabinets for my kitchen remodel.

She knows her job and keeps a smile even when it gets stressful. She was very helpful and friendly to me as a busy contractor

Although not a bad store in general the employees will let you cruise from one side to the other without offering assistance when your obviously looking for something and didn't find it yet. The fork truck is the worst it will definitely either be in the isle you need or when your in the isle you want here it comes and they push you to hurry so you don't get or forget what it was you needed. And stop with the clearance items have you seen the prices on them? Very close to the original if they are marked at all. Some employees are working there butts off and doing everything they can while others are getting paid to do little as possible and the damned stairs sets are always placed in the way
