This store is outstanding, from the location to the customer service they provide. I can without a doubt recommend this Home Depot store!

This is my happy place! The management and staff are the best in the business! I WON’T shop any where else for home improvement needs, repair products, or anything that this store has to offer! This is the best Home Depot around!

This is a great store, they have so many products and the employees were awesome. I will go to this store again when I need other items.

The employees offered help finding and loading garden product. They seem to love their jobs and made shopping here fast and easy.

Clean, store, helpful friendly staff, We drive an extra 10 miles to shop this store as opposed to other home improvement stores which are closer to our home.

My husband and I forget that we are now senior citizens. We try to save money by doing things at home ourselves. We recently wanted some simple landscaping but the bricks turned out to be very heavy and we needed a lot of them. We were rescued by Anthony, Nick, Alex (female) and Brian without asking. They retrieved and loaded the bricks for us in two cars. Alex went and found me a bandage for my cut finger. They were so kind and helpful. Later I found that we had been undercharged for the bricks. I went back into the customer service desk to have it corrected. Carrie helped me correct the payment and gave me a discount on the higher price. (Her offer, I did not ask). Nice people, great store. We will be back!

I was able to find things what I was looking for and great customer service. Thought I also found some of employee where gave me wrong information like discouraging me to buy from store but when I asked other employee opinion they give me correct information right away.

I love shopping here. The products are great and the staff is so friendly and helpful every single time. Keep it up!

We needed help with cutting down shelving wood - not only was the crew extremely helpful with suggestions and sizing, they were friendly, helped take the wood to the cashier. If not for the Pandemic, I would have hugged them all. While waiting for the wood to get cut, we shopped for other items, and several employees helped us find what we needed. They knew exactly where each item was located and a few even walked us to the item so to save us time. I doubt we will go anywhere else after the experience today - everyone (especially Tank) was extremely helpful.

We always go to this Homedepot for it's knowledge of this store employees! Anything I asked I will get a correct answer from any employee, thank you, John Coile

After a long day at work I decided to stop a Home Depot on my way home. An employee by the name Gail #28 made my visit very warm felt. I didn’t have to express my thoughts or feelings. It’s almost like she knew I had a long day. She was helpful. I had stopped in just to get lawn fertilizer. Well it’s normal for me to find other things I need or want in my visits at Home Depot. I found some patio pillows the shelf only had three but I needed five. I waited but she was on it. I enjoy being in HD no matter where I am at. This particular visit was probably my best visit every at the Home Depot store. I been a customer a long time.

I felt a warm welcome as I came in the store. I immediately received helped for the patio table and chairs I was looking for even though I have to wait a couple weeks for three of the chairs. I was happy with my shopping experience at Home Depot.

If you need something done and need something special go see Brent the manger and his team they will take care of you ASAP

Plumbing department was not well stocked. Everything was up in the overhead storage. The plumbing supervisor should be replaced. I witnessed him treat a fellow employee in a condescending manner. He had a poor attitude towards someone trying to assist a customer in his messy plumbing department. However, employee named Truman was the most helpful and professional I have encounter. Truman should be recognized for his passion and attention to detail, representing Home Depot very well. I cannot say the same for the plumbing supervisor. He should not be around customers. Thank you

Stocked store and helpful associates. I consistently have better luck finding the items I am looking for at this location over alternatives in the area.

I went to my neighborhood Home Depot and my visit was very good, Larry at paint booth was awesome, the Lady that was working there was absolutely professional and Kelley at cashier was fast, kind and careful, I will for sure go back there.

I wanted to let you know your employee in the dry wall are did a great job for me with helping cut a 4'x8' sheet of dry wall material down to a workable size for me. I'm a senior and not as strong as I used to be. lol (MORGAN was your employee name)

Judy in the carpet / flooring department went above and beyond help us get carpet for our first home. Great attitude and professional. I recommend this store 100% and if you need help especially in flooring I suggest finding Judy. Thank you

All employees that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The manager, Karen, was especially helpful by ensuring that we were able to complete our full line of fixtures in our bathroom. One of the faucets were out of stock and it wasn't coming back in and she took the display down and apart, so that we could have a complete set. WONDERFUL SERVICE!

Staff is always friendly and alert to my shopping. Prices are competitive with other stores and often better. Well lighted, stocked and clean.

We have visited this store twice this year for appliances and both visits have been great. The people who helped us both times were knowledgeable and answers our questions honestly about various products. I would recommend them. The only complaint we had was earlier in the year when we purchased our refrigerator, we had a terrible time with delivery but as I understand it, delivery from this store is contracted out. We shall see if we have any difficulty with the delivery on our washing machine.

Beth from (customer service). Went out of her way to help me. Very nice, polite with outstanding customer service skills. She help me find the items that i was looking for... You should have more employees like Beth. I have 25 years experience, working with the public and customers. Beth made , my experience at the Home Depot, a wonderful one, and happy that she help me find exactly what i was looking for... Thank you Beth...for all your help.
