I purchased my item with no problems.I was in and out in 15 mins. Quick and easy.Thanks.

We were in search for a ne fridge and were met by an associate that was upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and that, made our experience right at the start, a unique one. Due to COVID the product we were looking for was not in stock(we knew this was probably going to happen due to the circumstances) but our associate(i hate that i do not remember her name) made it possible to have our needs met and we left the store happy.

Awesome customer service! Two times in the last month I've come for 80-lb bags of cement mix and really heavy wooden beams for a backyard fence. Both times a worker named Dustin Taylor OFFERED to help load my cart, AND he loaded ALL CEMENT into my truck! I am a weaker woman. It really helped me, him being incredibly kind and generous with his time. As I was leaving, he also offered and helped an older couple load their car and a man load more bags of concrete! A+. Other workers there have always been cheerful and helpful as well.

Always a good shopping experience at this store. All year round availability of products. Associates are very helpful

Finally getting back to hiring employees that are older and much more experienced in the jobs that home ownership requires.Was able to find a salesperson without having to run around the entire store. Electrical items needed were not in stock but employee substituted with plumbing parts and everything has worked out. Store seems to be crowded with isles now being taken up with mass displays.

This store is a class act. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and practiced safety precautions. The cashier checked to see if I was eligible for rewards and coupons without asking. I was greeted at the door and was given instructions of what to buy and how to install the products I purchased.

The store is not usually busy which is why I go there. On my last occasion the employee could not have been less helpful or less friendly.

Store was clean and well organized. Able to find exactly what we needed and zipped through self checkout.

Great employees and prompt service! I was impressed at how well stocked this New Freedom Home Depot store was. Seems there are many shortages these days. I was able to get everything I needed and in a friendly store. There are 2 other Home Depot stores that are closer to my home but I prefer this one when have the time to make the trip. Two thumbs up!!

The checkout person was extremely efficient as well as friendly. This warehouse is my first choice when having to visit a Home Depot.

I had a fantastic experience at this store on Sunday evening July 26, 2020. Leona and Kyle in the flooring department were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and true professionals. They helped me from start to end including loading 45 cases of wood flooring. Exceeded all expectations. Very glad to share this experience and to highly recommend this store.

I have always liked this store ever since it opened. I find that the employees are very familiar with the store and the products. Someone is usually always around if you need help. I usually do all of my home improvement shopping at this store. I really appreciate the good customer service!

Usually I would recommend the store but no with the service I got today.

I went to this HD intent on buying a specific Weber grill. I knew where the grills were and wanted one in the box. The grills were all assembled. I looked for an associate to ask about an unassembled grill. I finally found an older gentleman and asked if there were grills that were in boxes. I needed to put the grill in my car and figured a box would fit better. He said that I would have to ask someone in that department. I could not find anyone else to ask (on a nice Saturday morning) so I wheeled the grill through the store and to the register. I told the sales associate that I am former military and showed her the veterans designation on my PA drivers license. The guy that was training her said that HD did not accept that as proof of military service so I could not get the 10% off without more documentation. Already frustrated with being in the store for 20 minutes trying to purchase what I came for, I said ok. This is not the first time that this has happened at this HD. The sad thing is that sometimes a drivers license is fine here, other times it apparently is not. Very disappointed .

Love this HD location. In my opinion, the best of the best are employed at New Freedom.

Great Store very friendly staff.

The employees are friendly, which is important to me, they seem to have everything I need and can get anything else on line delivered to store free. Pro Desk was so helpful on my first Reno. I am so fortunate to have this store so close to me. ,

The store has everything I have ever needed. The employees are friendly and helpful, (when you can find one) but if you know what you want and where in the store to go it always has had plenty of stock available.

Very good experience shopping in the New Freedom Home Depot. Our cashier has an excellent memory - remember us from last visit there. A technical floor employee helped with our purchase, and explained differences.

Actually feel welcomed here. Entire staff is always friendly and helpful, never once have we had a bad experience here. We do a fair amount of business with the Newfreedom location for personal and business purchases. I strongly recommend this location for all contractors and homeowners looking to get that weekend project done :)

I recently did a flooring project through this Home Depot and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful through all aspects of the project. I couldn't be happier with the results.
