The employee that helped us was very helpful

Well after being treated like a common criminal for returning an item I bought the night before. After the customer service comrade completed inventory on the Box contents and condition of the items I was returning and after and only after my debit card was swiped and pin verified showing My Name ID I requested cash back so that I could buy another saw of a different brand at that time my request was completely disregarded and return processed back to the debit card without asking me or mention of it thanks a lot I was in need of another saw today not 48 Hours when the money goes back on the card the clerk was nonplussed by this comment and anxious to help the next customer

I frequent Home Depot for projects around my house and for a company that i am Property Manager for. I am very thankful that when i ask for help from attendent i get it. I usually don't have to search very long for assistance.

I shop this store several times a week and depend on and get great service from the employees there. They are always very friendly and helpful. I have found this store to keep a great inventory an have maybe only once found them to be out of an item I needed. I am always happy when I get Jacquelene at the checkout stand. She is friendly, effiecient and gets me checked out quickly. I love this Home Depot....one of the best I have ever shopped in for sure.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORES FOR PAINT. BUT THIS TRIP, I WAS LOOKING FOR AN UNUSUAL LIGHT BULB. IT'S NEARLY A FOOT IN LENGTH. I WAS GIVEN DILIGENT HELP, AND FINE ADVICE BY YOUR EMPLOYEE EDGAR, REGARDING THIS BULB AND A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT FROM YOUR ON-HAND STORE STOCK.

The environment was great. And the employees were very helpful one in every aisle no matter who you ask somebody would help you. Especially the cashier Kamiesha.. she was very helpful very entertaining I made you feel comfortable to be there.

Store seems to be clean and well stocked. Staff is always helpful in helping me find stuff. I like shopping there!!

Store was awesome regarding efforts to keep people and staff safe with Covid. BUT - You have got to get rid of confrontational window salesman who stops everyone he sees. Hes good at his job but now is not the time for a shopper stalker salesman standing in peoples way to interrogate them about the windows in their home. No mask or gloves and would literally step out in front of you without regard to social distancing to make sure he could start his sales pitch.

While shopping in the garden center employer A______. Used the F word while working with another employee. Not something I want to hear when shopping with my family

I use this store a lot during the planting season. There is always a huge selection, the plants are healthy, and prices are competitive. They also have a great "return" policy and are always very courteous.
