this was a reminder of the days many years ago when I shopped at the lumber yard type store and all staff members made sure they provided the customer with the best choice of product because they really knew the stock. haven't experienced this with so many staff members at one store and makes all the difference in getting what you need in one trip. I appreciate this because i was trained to provide this good service when i worked in a lumberyard.

Store location was clean, great lighting, items were well laid out for easy access and comparison shopping. Lady in the paint department was very helpful and great friendly attitude. Definitely will shop at this location in future. Great experience.

Employees have always been so friendly and very helpful. The last time I shopped there, I could not find the item I needed. So the clerk went to the front desk to check to see if you'll carried the particular item I was looking for.

helpful and speedy

The store is clean and all the employees from all departments are very friendly, the must love their jobs. Its been a long time since I've seen a number of employees working in the same place and all are happy and not grumbling or complaining about being over worked or under appreciated. That was very refreshing!!!!. I liked when an associate walked us to another department and passed us on to another helpful associate, so we were never left to wander around with no direction. I had my elderly dad with me, who has vision problems and walks slow, but the associates didn't seem to mind. This store isn't in the parish I live, but I would visit it again.

My cashier named Nellie was very sweet and helpful and the rest of the associates I came in contact with.

The employees were very helpful around plumbing and in appliances I was in and out in no time. Store #0376 keep doing great on customer service!!!

I give this store 2 stars only because the cashier was friendly. Walking into the store I had high expectation. One of the things I always like in going there is the fact that the associates are always helpful. This trip to you store was the exact opposite. The floor associates were rude and one in particular would not take the time to help when asked. I asked for assistance and was told by as associate who was on her phone that she would help in a second. Needless to say help never came. I ask another person for help and this associate was confused and anxious about helping. Unfamiliar with the products. I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of service being offered by this store.

I absolutely love Home Depot! By far my favorite store, some people in life would like to have the “key to City.” As for me, I’d would be super honored to have the key to Home Depot! Staff is always super friendly and asks if I need assistance. Store is clean and I just love all the inventory there. I could honestly stay there the majority of the day and get lost in all the aisles and my head with ideas of wonderful things to create.

I love my local store it's close by the house and most of the employees are from the area a nd well trained with tyhe particles of this area .

I was disappointed that i bought a bath tub and separately a shower surround and both had been previously bought and attempted to be installed, with damage to 3 of the 4 pieces rendering them unusable. Obviously no one checked the return , or worse yet, tried to pass off damaged items as new.
