We only came in to get firewood but Ken the cashier was very friendly and helpful especially since it was so late! Highly recommend!

Purchased items from Carpet and Lighting. The staff was very helpful throughout. Only drawback was paid more than could have directly from mfg. website just so I could use home depot charge.

Employed go above & beyond. While checking out told my cashier Ronald I needed help loading. He explained didn’t think a loader was available but would call for one. Pulled up to the loading area & waiting a few minutes, Ronald the cashier came & loaded my items, even returned my shopping cart. Talk about great service. Thank you Ronald.

Prices go up everyday and customer service get worse! Location is hard to get in and out of, there's never enough registers open and pro services is always packed. You can't get through the isles for all the orders and no one ever acts like they appreciate your business.

The military discount offered by Home Depot is way too limited on what it applies to on purchases. There is nothing in the store that the discount can be used for. It is only there for an advertisement gimmick

Getting your mulch couldn’t be easier. The cashier gives you a bulk rate if you buy more than 30 bags. They have a strong young man load your vehicle and off you go! Perfect!

I came into Homedepot for a new storm door. First I did not see any carts in the front that would fit a door. I went back towards the door section to look and find what I needed. I had several employees walk past me never asking if I needed help. Carts were all over the store but had large items all in them. I went back to the lumber department where an employee was sweeping and asked where the carts were and he said upfront. I went isle to isle till I found one and went back to the doors. I tried to load the door myself. Luckily another shopper saw me struggling and help me push it on. The only real contact with an employee was at check out and her name was Monica and she is exactly how all your employees should be. Eager to help and polite.

The employees I encountered in an isle were very rude and did not offer any assistance. I went to this store as it was close to where I work and I was on my break. The product I needed was in an isle with a gate I walked around and around nobody in the isle doing anything to have it closed. Nobody to assist me so I walked into the isle and got my product (took 10 seconds). Three ladies came around and yelled at me for going into the isle never offering assistance just nasty comments.

Purchased the standard Behr semi-gloss enamel paint for trim/cabinets. I tried multiple coats and it was like painting with skim milk, and this was over a base of Kilz. Totally useless and a waste of time. Had to return to the store and purchase the 'upgraded' paint, which did work well. I'm out $20.98 plus tax, a brush and roller as well. Basically had to re-do the entire job so time lost that I'll never recover.
