Well in other Home Depot store and other store in general the work would try to help you as mush as they can but won't put the extra effort or go the extra mile to solve your issue. But at this Home Depot Store that wasn't the case. Michelle was beyond great. She was able to help us resolve the issue we had and was able to help us reorder. We are so grateful and appreciate Michelle's work ethic, patience, her hard working mind set and for going the extra mile for us. Wish there was more like her

Much better than Yonkers: clean, uncluttered and organized

This store has some of the nicest and helpful staff I have ever seen in a home store.

Excellent customer service!

This is a great store. It’s well-stocked and there are a lot of employees in every aisle Who are knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience was with Mike, the store manager. I lost something very valuable and he retrieved it and secure it for me.

Ask for Charles Davgin he is the best kindness person I have ever met. You will be leaving feel satisfy.

The other review said at the end that I had a problem with the store. I didn't have a problem with the store. Any time you shop because we are dealing with people there will be problems. Home Depot is no different. What I do like about HD is they try to have customer relations, I can see it because from time to time you send people to help the people in the store (your employees) how to treat the customers. That is good because sometimes there are employees that are not so nice, and they need to realize they are pushing customers away.

Clean, organized and very knowlehable staff

Store is messy, product is in short supply, help is rude.

We would like to send our thanks and gratitude to Louis and Amanda for their amazing patience and outstanding service during our kitchen design and appliance purchases. Besides their amazing knowledge, they made every step of the way enlightening, satisfying and enjoyable. This is some of the best service we have received in New York period...and this type of experience, with non-commission based salespeople, is rare and somewhat unusual. Thanks Amanda and Louis.

Isles are often blocked and employees are hard to find.

Very pleasant experience shopping around for kitchen appliances with my grandmother. While the store didn't carry the specific models of electric stove and dishwasher that I saw online, the staff was helpful in showing me similar models.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! both the cashier EDWARD & floor help by Najeebah was over and beyond exceptional. Najeebah helped me choosing and purchasing a new Weber BBQ and the Cashier Edward helped me with the slight confusion over the price and floor models. Edward also helped me with the additional warranty offered. They both also assisted me with purchasing additional accessories for my new BBQ.

Clean, well stock, get workers and always there to help you

The store literally had everything that I needed to fix a few parts of the apartment and to make it look beautiful. I was in a hurry when I visited the store and the employees who were very helpful and friendly made it possible for me to get all the items I needed in less than 30 mins. Will definitely visit again! :)

EXCELLENT location, ample parking, easy to navigate store.

Definitely worth checking out this Hawthorne NY (smaller) store- IMPRESSIVELY large staff/associates available like never before in many years! Everyone knew what they were doing and gave great directive. (I do like to frequent Mom and Pop shops first to support them, but if they are not open at an unusual time- too early or late or in an emergency!)

The staffing at Home Depot at Hawthorne are extremely courteous very attentive to the customers. When walking through the store someone will ask you can we help you. To me that’s a commodity

This is not the closest location to our house, but it is the only Home Depot we shop at in person. I’ve found that the staff is much more knowledgeable than any other HD in the area.

Excellent store, friendly & helpful staff, good selection, well stocked, open until 10pm even in the Winter, convenient and much appreciated.

The store was so clean. The employees were very helpful and cheerful. The employees know where everything is and help you find items you need. Highly recommend going to this Home Depot.

I love the new returns section, it has make returning items so fast an easy. The customer service has really become top notch and I've been going here for years. The line is gone!!!

This store use to be great. About a year ago they changed managers and the store started to go downhill. I use to see the manager in the aisles all the time now I never see any one from management. The shelves are no longer stocked appropriately. There are always things blocking the aisles and new employees I see are rude and unfriendly. In addition, they still have the solar salespeople following you around and high pressure selling you when you just want to be left alone to shop.

Friendly store employees and very organized. If you don’t usually like Home Depot stores go to this one. Incredible!
