I needed to replace bulbs for my bathroom chandelier recently. I thought it would be an easy task. However, I was wrong. There were so many different bulbs to chose from. Thankfully one of the store employees helped me select the correct bulb and wattage. If he had not taken the time to help, I would never have found the right bulb.

Always like shopping at Home Depot until today. The cashier gave us a bad taste

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They take the time to show you where the products are. We drive pass two other Home Depots because we find this place to have people who care and to be more courteous and helpful. Thank you.

I live in Parsippany, but I go a bit out of my way to shop at the Montville (Pine Brook) NJ store, where store stock is usually greater and there are more friendly helpful people working there.

Varied stock with sufficient quantities. Fast checkout and enough associates if one needs assistance.

Terrible customer service don’t shop there

This store was very clean, and the employees look very happy. I found most of my products, but with the excellent customer service. I have to say that it was a great shopping experience. Great place to shop!!!

MY SALES MEN ENRIQUE WAS SUPER IN HELPING ME WITH MY SELECTION AND RECOMMENDED THE BEST ITEAMS FOR MY PROJECT.. HE GREETED ME AS A SHOPER WHO NEED HELP AND HE GAVE IT TO MY AS A PROFESSIONAL SALES MEN. HE KNEW WHAT I NEEDED TOLD ME WHAT AISLE THE ITEAMS WERE , AS I PAID , HE ONCE AGAIN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY THING HE CAN DO TO MAKE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE BETTER. I REPLIED HIS HELP MADE MY SHOPPING FASTER AND WOULD COME BACK AGAIN. THANK YOU....

This is THE best Home Depot. Employees are very helpful, easy to find items, quick check out, clean, bright, can get all the things I need.

Fabulous customer service at the Montville location! Pete, who works in Tile and Flooring, went above and beyond helping me pick and match tiles for my bathroom project. He helped me put my order together and then assisted me with the "will call" process. I felt he really "had my back" every step of the way. The cashiers were also very helpful and friendly. What a wonderful experience!

Never got help that i needed. When I told them nobody came worker did not even care. All u needed to do was push a stupid staircase over to get parts that are so high up. No it had to be someone from that department. So stupid

OMG this store is probably one of the best (cleanliness, oganization, fully stocked) NJ Home Depots I have been to in awhile. Been going to East Hanover for over 30 years -- which is usualy a horrible experience every time. Montville, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

What I love about this particular Home Depot is more often than not, I come across an HD pro who is full of knowledge and experience and is willing and happy to share what they know. I feel like a sponge soaking up knowledge when talking to these pros. Thank you #HDMontville

If anyone is looking for kitchen appliances, I would stronly recommend this store so they can work with Shanti. He is such a kind man who took a lot of time finding all the specific items I was looking for. He even called me a few times with updates to my order. All around a professional person who looks out for the customers!

The cashier Fatema has a very bad attitude kept sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes and as she scanned my items she would tossed them in my cart after she bagged them she raised the bag chest high with both hands and dumped it in my cart with an attitude this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed her behavior towards Hispanics

If you are going to the Montville store and you have a customer service issue ask for Dina she's aces! She helped me figure out a simple issue that others made very difficult. Thank you Dina!!

GREAT STORE HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED PRICES WERE GOOD

During my recent visit on August 29, 2020, I had a very pleasant experience with James who found some of my missing delivery items which cost almost $8,000. Even though he was very busy at the time James made several calls to various Home Depots to find all my items. Also, he confirmed that all four of the missing items will be delivered in the next three days. Also, one of my special-order shipments was lying outside our Home Depot store, and he quickly located the item. We are very happy with his fantastic response. Now I can finish my deck renovation very quickly. We know James is very busy during this COVID 19 time, but still he was able to help a customer like me. I am very happy that your store has such a polite staff which is ready to help customers with a smile. Other staff like Lisa and Fernandes were also very helpful.

The Sale cashier Jayne, was very pleasant and knowable of the items in gardening department, She happy and cheerful throughout the whole time she was helping me. I came back the following day with my wife to buy an outdoor Chiminea so me and my family can enjoy the fell season in your backyard during this COVIN-19 Crisis. Ones again Jayne was the same cheerful and pleasant to me and my wife, Asking me if I was a Veteran to take advantage of the Military discount on the items I purchase. With all that we are facing during these time, If not all people but some, living in a state of extreme fear and distress. It was so nice exchange pleasantry with Jayne, it make my day me and my wife chatting about Jayne in our vehicle during the ride home.

When this store opened it was great. Knowledgeable staff and well stocked shelves. And at the time, no "tool corral"! Now, 15 years late, it is as bad as other locations. The only thing this store has going for it over closer locations is the more convenient parking lot.

I never had a bad experience shopping at Home Depot. I really appreciate the "easy" return policy procedures. I've been shopping in Montville store for many, many years.

Sasha Watson in Pro Services is by far the best person I have ever interacted with in ordering anything through a vendor. She truly goes out of her way to make sure you are kept abreast of every step and is such a delight to work with. Home Depot in Montville is lucky to have her. She is really 100% to work with!
