Everyone is always so helpful , we love shopping at this store

I started shopping at Home Depot yeats ago due to the superior customer serice and friendly and helpful cashiers i most often encounter when shopping at this store. Due to its customer service and overall better inventory compare to the competion i shop the store almost exclusively.

I have strangely had some experiences in other stores in Missoula that have left me feeling a bit defeated. I am pleased that I can always expect to leave in a good or better mood after visiting Home Depot. They are dependable in many ways.

The service is good, the employees are friendly.

I shopped at Home Depot because they always have the furnace filters I need & generally you can get a deal of 2 filters for $39.97. One filter usually costs $29.97. And I can find what I am looking for without wandering the store for long periods of time. They don't keep moving the merchandise all around. I like routine & easily finding items without bothering the sales assiocates.

We like shopping in Home Depot. It is very clean and the employees are friendly and assist in anything we need help with. Greg has been very helpful in appliances.

The staff were very helpful to me in finding the items I needed. All the staff were very friendly. Self checkout is quick and easy and there is always someone there to help if needed.

Went to return an item, got an e-credit that never happened, went back and was told it was a store credit, but no one knew how to fix that either so now they're going to call me sometime about it?! An intellectual free zone.

99% of the employees in this store are ready to help. If they don’t know the answer to a question they will find someone who can help. Then there is that 1%. If you need help from the “expert” in the tile department. A big guy with a fuzzy beard sticking out from under his mask. He is EXTREMELY RUDE. I was looking for lath that is needed to go with level quick underlayment. My contractor sent me to get the lath. He barked at me “You don’t need that” I tried to explain to him that my contractor and the product instructions require the lath. He said “Go buy something else.” I told my contractor what the guy said. My contractor told me you need the lath to help hold the product in place. So the “Experts” Are not experts in the tile department. I went to another store ( not Homedepot) where their Tile expert actually knows what he is doing.

I was very dissatisfied with the complete lack of customer assistance. Associates were neither friendly nor helpful. The store was clean. After much walking and looking I finally found the products I needed. I would NOT recommend this store.

I needed some woodworking tools. There was a unique glitch with one of the tools. Two different people helped, plus the cashier was friendly also. Figure the three people were above average in helpfulness. Much appreciated!

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE THINGS WE WERE LOOKING FOR WERE EASY TO FIND. WHEN WE NEEDED HELP THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. THEY MET MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY. THEY PROVIDED MASKS AND SANITIZER WHEN WE CAME IN AND IT APPEARED THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT OU SAFETY.

This is a nice store, always clean with helpful and knowledgeable staff although they are spread pretty thin during this pandemic thing but I would still recommend it.

We visited today to pick up 19 2x4's. The lumber was easily accessible, and straight! The check out was easy, the cashier helped us and made sure there was plenty of space between us and other shoppers, we felt safe and distanced. It was a great experience. There was disinfectant right there, along with anything we might have forgotten on our shopping trip! Thanks HD for an easy hardware store.

I was looking for a particlar 6"x6" post base. Seth checked and found the store had received 8 of them the day before but they had been placed in a "no home" location. Seth, Nicholas, and Justin searched the store until they found them on a top shelf. Great customer service from these three gentlemen.

Store seems to hire a lot of young kids who are only interested in the paycheck, not the actual work. Young cashiers who have awful attitude and spend time gossiping and playing on their cell phones. It is very difficult to find assistance, no matter what time of day.
