This store has a good selection of tools on hand, and occasionally good sale prices on tools. I can usually find what I need here.

I have been a Home Depot customer for decades. They are far superior to their competition across the street, especially for farm building projects that involve "creative solutions." Employees at Home Depot are always personable and they are my go-to supplier in Missoula.

Purchased a large toolbox combo. Was promised help loading in my vehicle and help with disassembly if necessary. Two employees left us stranded with no help. It ended up that my wife and two customers nearby helped out and loaded it for us.

Willing to take time out of my day to complete a survey and not want to get entered in the sweepstakes for $5,000 because I don't want to win and be forced to shop here. Even if it's free.

I was helped in completing the military discount process at the store. I'd tried to do at home, but felt uncomfortable emailing in paper documentation. The process went smoothly and took only a few minutes to complete.

The appliance specialist was about to leave when I showed up, but she still took the time to check on me, and stayed late to assist me. I would not have known if she had snuck out, but she kindly went out of her way to help me.

The cashier who helped me with a complicated return was exceptional! She was calm, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t overstate how helpful she was.

Went in for item listed online sale price , was not this price in store.. they gladly changed it!! $70 different! We were very happy!!

Tonight we had to go in last minute for lumber and their associate approached us and helped load everything! The customer service alone is why we shop Orange instead of blue. When is the last time someone offered their help without you seeking it? Tonight that happened for us even though they were close to closing. It was amazing!

Curbside pickup during the pandemic was essential nonexistent at this store. The sympathy for seniors and assistance was very poor. However, after the pandemic, an employee taking back carts helped us load heavy items and another time I picked up an online order and the woman at the customer service area helped load the heavy raised beds. And, this time I visited the garden center twice and the checkout people were great.

I have always had pleasant encounters with Home Depot's staff. They are friendly and helpful which makes shopping here a good experience.

We’ve shopped here for years for building materials, flooring, plants, lawn supplies, tools, etc. We almost always have a pleasant experience. The employees are helpful and price is usually right too. Returns are painless when necessary and we appreciate that as well.

I am building a house and have bought a lot of items from the Missoula HD including online. When you buy enough products, sooner or later you have a few that have issues. The team there have been amazing. Bella has proven that customer service is not dead as she has assisted me in so many areas and gone above and beyond your average employee. Would definitely recommend this store.
