Very friendly staff. Anytime that I go to the store it's not hard to find and employed that will help. If the employee Is not experienced in that certain material they can find someone that is. I would say clean and friendly A#1.

Great store! Always willing to go above and beyond I help out!

Purchased product and it had been opened. The product was broken. I had to immediately return to the store where I encountered poor customer service in the return area. This particular store has several employees standing around talking and not paying attention to customer needs.

Great personnel and you in stock the products that I need.

I had a little trouble finding the product I was looking for, but that was because HomeDepot.com gave me inaccurate information as to its location, not because of anything anyone in the store did; the web site told me the shelves I wanted were on aisle 46, bay 16, but they were actually on aisle 43, bay 16. Associates were readily available and helpful, and the store was clean and well organized. However, the wire shelves I purchased (SKU# 525 441, model# HD18481302PS) were damaged; the top shelf in the stack in each of the three boxes was badly bent and unusable, and a few of the others had some minor warping that didn't affect their functionality. I'm getting them replaced via Home Depot's customer service line, I suspect some kind of mishap may have affected the entire shipment, as there was superficial damage to the boxes that had been repaired with tape; a quality control check of all the shelves of that type currently in stock would probably be a good idea, so you can replace any bent ones and repackage them before a customer takes them home and discovers the damage.

The employee "Ruben" at the Country Club and Baseline location was rude and uncaring. When I asked for him to color match a paint chip I had brought in he threw it on the floor and said abruptly "WHICH SIDE"... I spoke to a manager who said ahe would talk to him about it. I have never been treated this way at a Home Depot. Customer Service has no value there.

During a difficult situation for our family through a home fire, this store has not only provided us guidelines, but the materials needed to put it back together. With all the stress of covid, back to school, & housing, this is one less thing we had to worry about. The employees one after another took care of us by listening and helping us get what we needed.

I love the Garden center at this store. The people seem to take their "jobs" very seriously. They know what theyre talking about and seem to love what they are doing! Very pleasant and happy to speak with! I learn more from them the I have at big nursuries in the area. Bravo Garden Center!

Some team members were very helpful while others I felt I was interrupting their bonding friend time. I’m not opposed to co-workers getting along and having fun in the work place but I just felt bad to break up their conversation because I needed help finding something. I received disapproving looks because I was asking for something on the top shelf since the lower shelf was not stocked. Otherwise, the visit was just fine. I understand we all have our days where we just want to get the day over with but we must not forget to help the customers who need it.

Good experience

Excellent, well stocked and well run store with generally very qualified help. The 2 times over 20 years that I had a problem with a product, the problem was corrected in a timely and quality manner.

I like this store and it`s close by. They have what I need most of the time.

Customer service is non existent at this store. Make the extra 5 mile drive to any other home depot.

Horrible customer service.

I had a very bad experience today, whit this girl name Ashley I believe she feels that she owns the store and that she could do what ever she wants with the prices and go over people higher than her position.

Products were not priced correctly or at all in some instances. I used the home depot app to get prices. When I went to check out the price of the pots I had were way more than they scanned in the app for. Kayla scanned in her phone & said "Oh, that's not the same picture" I said almost none of the pots I scanned matched the pictures or prices. So I left them.

I have been going to this Home Depot store since they moved there, there is one employee working there from the previous location and she is as pleasant as ever. I have also met other employees there that I have a good rapport with in different departments. They are always so helpful. Overall this is my favorite Home Depot store in the valley and this is because it's my home store. I have visited other stores in Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe, Chandler and many other mesa locations.

Good quality supplies, great staff members who care (especially Janet) and I can get in and out quickly and efficiently.

The employees here are always friendly and knowledgeable. When we asked one of the employees where to find a particular product to meet a specific need he suggested a different product that was a better fit and told us exactly where to find it. When we next had a question, Kimberly went to the computer to help us find the exact product we needed and its availability. At checkout, we were waiting in line and were immediately directed to an open register. It is always a pleasure to shop here.

I'm always able to find what I need and with the courteous help from employees, I can quickly find what I need!

HORRIBLE CASHIERS NEED TO BE TRAINED

The staff at this Home Depot location is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. You do not have to look far to find an employee to help you and the staff goes above and beyond to help in any way they can. I would recommend this Home Depot to friends and family.

Not worth the multiple, lengthy waits. Combined total of approx 40 minutes waiting for help with cutting lumber. Asked 4 separate employees before I got assistance. The one that finally helped said he'd never heard the request for help. Makes sense, since I heard multiple store announcements, like help at the registers, help at the whatever, but I never once heard a call for help in the lumber department. Almost like not a single person I asked did anything. Weird. Then... Lumber cut to wrong lengths. Asked for 6.5', received 6' instead. Then... Asked for real cashier, was directed to self-checkout instead. Another wait while I got to figure out THEIR computers. Why am I doing the job for which their employees are paid? By that reasoning, I should have just used the saw myself and saved my time. Either give me a discount to be my own cashier, or deal with the expectation that a paid employee do their job.

I was working last weekend and needed to purchase a fan for one of my patients. When I called the store I spoke with Cassondra. She was very helpful both on on the phone and when I arrived at the store. Cassondra put together the fan for me and helped me carry the fan to the cashier's area. Cassondra clearly loves her job and represents the Home Depot very professionally.

Too many things gone wrong, orders cancelled, waiting on installers to show up, awful workmanship on vinyl install, paid for old flooring products to be removed and disposed of, however, and the 1/4 round trim was just so wrong and now the vinyl has separated in 3 rooms and the installer left adhesive on patio door and floor, and well, just not a good experience. Our Pro Desk person, Steve, was very kind and did a lot to troubleshoot but issues are still outstanding .I have used Home Depot over 34 years as a Contractor but I am very skiddish about our next project, as this one is 6 weeks behind schedule already. I feel when we pay ($12,000.00) in advance for product/labor/installers then they should come in a timely manner and should not have so many things wrong. Also, the biggest issue was lack of communication, until I complained to a Supervisor. I shall see if he can correct all of the issues so we can move forward to finish this job. Thank you for your time.

Service has always been good

I live across town near 32nd Street and Union Hills Rd between 2 different Home Depots. I made a special trip for the special kids workshop that you were having. The service I received was better than what I have been receiving at the other stores.

Great store and staff. Always like to shop here for all my needs.
