I found the store employees to be rude and uncaring from the floor employees all the way to the cashiers. The product that I was looking for had everything but the item in the corresponding bin. Someone needs to look at the bend placement and go through them

Since 2005 I have never had a problem with this store or it's employees. I have to say I'm very satisfied with these many years of their professional know-how and assisting me in getting my home projects done right. Thank you Home Depot.

this location once again has disappointed me, I just hate going to this location Rude employees that swear at your in Spanish thinking you don't understand it. product listed in stock on the HD app only to get there not to be found.

This store has things that some of the others don't.

This is one of two Home Depot locations that I shop at regularly. This one has actually become my favorite. I frequently order online, and when I arrive to pick up my orders, there is ample parking close to the entrance, and the pick-up location is right inside the door at the Customer Service station. I really like shopping here, and also love to browse the whole store looking for stuff I didn't know I needed. I've been going to this location either since it was built, or 40+ years now.

The employees are not willing to help you with whatever you need. Everyone seems to be so eager to go home.

I was able to find what I was looking for easily, and the hardware associate in the morning knew his stuff. Decided to check out at customer service and the guy there was really helpful and knew the layout to the store so well. I love coming to this store

Poor customer service

I've been shopping at this particular store for 20+ years, and it one of a couple that I go to on a regular basis. I think this is my favorite location. Before I went to the store, I called and spoke to a Rep in the department where I needed to go for my items. She checked, and they had 4, but I only needed two citronella plants to control mosquitos. Glad I called ahead, because other stores did not have any,

The people were friendly, however there were many day workers out front and the stares were uncomfortable as I left.

Dinah in tool rental definitely went above and beyond ! She helped me with charging my battery and normally they do no do that ! My battery for work was dead first thing in the morning and she let me come in and charge my battery ! Such an amazing personality to go with it !

The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Deb helped us get everything we needed and escorted us to the register. Then she helped us load it into our vehicle. Amazing customer service. Thank you Deb!

Staff is friendly and quick to help when needed. I have always had a great experience at Home Depot. Checking out is fast, no long waits. And there's hundreds of products to choose from for any home.

I have shopped at three different Home Depot stores in w. Phoenix over the last three decades, and found that store #0455 Phoenix has always been very organized, well stocked with a very friendly staff, a large selection. And an all around rewarding experience.

This is one of my favorite store locations. for Home Depot I have shopped here for 25+ years, or as long as it's been there. The store is always very well stocked, and there are numerous associates available for when I need their assistance. I order a lot of products online, and I appreciate the service I receive when I go there to pick up items. Store is always clean and so is the property outside the entrance and including the entire parking areas.
