CANDICE was very helpful!

Think twice about using the appliance delivery services. My delivery person was in such a hurry, he neglected to level the refrigerator. The original solution offered was to wait longer for the return then it took to get the product in the first place. On the day of service, no time window was offered. After no call by midday, I called and was told that there was no estimated time of service.

If you are in need of pro service help go there. Look for Frank. I went without my husband and he showed me tremendous respect. That alone is very important to me. Truly irritated when I walk into a hardware store and I am being ignored. Frank knew his stuff. Competence matters. Clean store. Well organized. Will keep coming back to this location.

Every one was very helpful in making my purchase. I was asked several times "if I needed help or any question , that they can assist with." Definitely found every I needed and no confusion about my purchase.

This store is well kept and I want to thank all those employees including the Manager Katie Saunderson.

As a GC I shop this store frequently and spend well over $100k there. I don’t like to bad mouth anyone but there is a particular cashier at the contractor checkout who is always rude. I can understand her frustrations but she over charged and then argued with me about it when I had the receipt in my hand. I was told “Tough sh**, you left the store. Really? OK I’ll give my next $100k to the blue big box store and will be sure to steer my fellow contractors away from this one! I’m actually at Lowe’s spending my next $2500

this experience was excellent because I found a sales-person whom cared about his job ! this generally doesn't happen. usually can't find a person whom knows any-thing.

I have purchased the usual everyday items with ease. I have also purchased high end items and services with great satisfaction. My garage door opener system; carpet/flooring installation; washer/dryer delivery and installation; and most recently a new dishwasher and installation package - to replace a warn out machine. I plan to purchase a new garbage disposal and installation service next month, once the dishwasher is delivered and running.

The people are normally so friendly and helpful. Until I encountered Kersha at the register. If you are having a great day she will spoil it for you with her obnoxious behavior and her attitude. Avoid her at all cost

Everton in the power tools department was Wonderfully attentive and helpful!

There were two store associates that made the experience amazing. Their names are Ayanna and Kenny. Ayanna usually works in gardening but is willing to help in all areas. She is an extremely hard worker who goes above and beyond to remember customers and make their experience great. Kenny in flooring is an expert in his area. Kenny was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The world needs more people like Ayanna and Kenny!
