I was shopping a paint and Glennys who works on paint department assisted me kindly, fast and very professional. He beautiful smile and happiness helped me to have a great shopping experience in this store. Thank you Home Depot for hiring employees like her.

We had to return a cabinet we purchased online because the door was cracked. Franceska was the young lady who helped us. She was kind, courteous, and very patient despite the multiple obstacles she incurred during the return transaction. She is to be commended for her professionalism. Be sure to see her if you need help. She'll get the job done well.

Easy accessability, and good stock!

I shopped here on Saturday before Easter and was extremely disappointed. Uninterested staff that were very undermanned. Not enough registers open and garden area locked up.

Buying a large and expensive item such as a refrigerator can be a fearful and daunting experience. I was worried about high pressure salesman who woulfd force me to buy a product now. Also there so mant brands and types that one can feel overwhelmed. At the Home Depot in Lodi NJ , I foun=d the experience pleasant. The saleswoman was no pressure . She identified what our needs were and she was very knowledgeable. She quickly identified the brand and model that would fit our needs best. We didnt have to wait either. Once we decided what to buy , she made the process of filling out the paperwork easy. She went over the features of the refrigerator, the warranty and the delivery process

Home Depot Lodi is my favorite store. From parking and store. It is really a one stop shop.

I bought a product and when I went to pick it up they told me it was in a different store

The 2 ladies at the returns desk are the worst people i have seen working on a homedepot, I have seen all types of people and homedepot but they have willingness to help instead of being mean and intentionally not help you.

I have shopped at Home Depot all over the states and have had great experiences and not so great experiences, but this one will keep me coming back again and again.

I was suppose to have my dishwasher installed today, but no. If customer service doesn’t have access to all info how can they possibly give the customer a proper answer? When the truth is found out the customer is left feeling frustrated and angry. Is that what you are shooting for?

The Home Depot Lodi store was very good to shop in. I needed a new dishwasher and they made thge process easy, friendly and with no pressure. They gave me all the discounts that were advertised

This is my favorite store in the area. It is easy to get in and out of, and it is cleaner and better organized than some others. It's also in a safe neighborhood. Love this place.

For plumbing install I was doing I knew I needed waterproof grease. Home Depot had it in stock while a local plumbing supply store did not and seemed confused by my need for it.

They have the best service they can help you with anything you need.

I'll always like to shop in homedepot, for all my cleaning supplies ,is good quality and great prices.

Horrible service from team members. Thomas, worst service. 4 people stood around while my wife and I waited for 20/30 minutes!

I have been going to this Lodi store for years. mainly because it's stocked well with better items and options than most other home depots. they are usually very helpful and staff usually goes above and beyond to help customers. the store is clean and organized and lines tend to move quickly. only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I feel staff has been less helpful recently. im hoping its just an exception and not a sign of poor hiring. time will tell.

Chris in appliance & Rudy ASM worked together to try and apply the appropriate discounts for the appliance deals. great attitudes and wanted to make the purchase seamless. very helpful!

I shopped the Paramus Home Depot and met a wonderful employee in the Paint Department. In the Lodi Store I again met a crappy employee in the Paint Department who did not even know what they sell

Chris, from Kitchen Design was a great help, I was purchasing stock Shaker Cabinets for my Daughter's 1st home . After speaking to him he told me that HD was in the process of changing suppliers for these cabinets and the door styles were different, he was able to locate and assure me I get all the same style cabinetry. extremely knowledegable and helpful.

I'm not a handy man, I rarely visit home depot but on occasion will stop in... last 2 times I've been here noone helps... 1st visit I needed some bathroom floor stuff went in and needed to locate stuff, I tried to approach several employees who don't even look at you when passing by them and I ask question I get a annoyed answer.. 2md time was for sheet rock.. approached 1st person I saw got a huff then pointed to where I needed to go. Get to area all I see is huge sheets which I don't need.. tried to locate someone but noone down this end of Store had to walk to customer service across whole store to wait in line .. after waiting on line with 4 people before me and only one worker so I walked all the way back to section and found a worker asked about not needing whole sheet and person didn't know if they'd cut it so found some small pieces and purchased them and left.. this company sucks noone wants to help

So the cashier couldn't have been more smug, sarcastic and nastier. I will NEVER go back to this store! I would travel as long as it took just to NOT go back to this store. Even if fuel is $6.00 a gallon. shame on her!
