Every where I go in the store I always feel welcome, maybe it’s because we come in a lot!

The store is always clean. There’s always someone around to ask for help and it’s very easy to navigate.

I bought some Milwaukee drills and a bit set.

We had the best experience in this store over all the Home Depot’s!

Cheyenne Gardner helped me with paint matching. She is very knowledgeable. A great employee. Very kind and customer service oriented.

We needed a lawnmower yesterday and did not know what to buy. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about different mowers and helped us make a good purchase. My husband tried it today and it worked great.

We love our local Home Depot. They love our dogs and spoil them with treats. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and if one person doesn't know the answer to our question, they will find someone who does.

I was greeted and offered help by every single employee that I saw during my visit.

We bought supplies to build bucket garden turned out great. Two more people asked us to make theirs.

Bought a Rheem Performance Plus 40 Gal. Tall 9 Year 40,000 BTU Natural Gas Tank Water Heater Model# XG40T09HE40U0 and I am very happy with it.

I have shopped here a lot. They always help, are nice and quick. I hate being pestered in a store, but these employees don't do that. They seem to genuinely want to help me when I need it.

I had the best experience in selecting a new flooring with excellent customer service. I can't wait to review the installation once its complete but the young lady who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Last week I purchased a new dryer at this store because it was on clearance. I stopped by last night to order the matching washer, and had the pleasure of being helped by Georgia. I have never had so much fun or laughed so much during appliance shopping. Georgia was very thorough and made sure my questions were answered, but was also very personable and immediately made me feel comfortable during the purchase process. She made buying an appliance into such a great experience I am looking forward to buying more appliances just so I can work with her again!

Joseph did a wonderful job resolving issues with a recent flooring project .I had, and Vicki and Shelli were very knowledgeably in flooring also. Their experience was really helpful. Pamela from the appliance and countertop department was wonderful to work with as well. Almost everyone in flooring countertops and appliances are committed to helping customers which makes for a positive experience. The returns folks are great as well!

My thanks goes to an AWESOME Sales Rep that helped me pick out my Hotpoint washer and dryer plus my Vissani freezer and to the BEST delivery team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It has been my pleasure doing business with Home Depot.

Bought a New Gas Stove

Had a small job and they were able to help cut the panel to size and get me on my way quickly.

I went into the Leavenworth, KS Home Depot looking for paint colors for my house and garage. They had the biggest section to look for colors. Love it!

I have been to this store dozens of times but never bought paint. I won’t buy paint if Jan is working since she took the time to be disrespectful to my 73 year old mother who really wanted a specific color of paint, who showed Jan the color from the Home Depot web site. Horrible customer service.

The employee was very helpful and explained a lot of information to me.
