I had a Great shopping experience at the #2579 Halethorpe Store. I received excellent help from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff assisted Me with finding and suggestions for the best products for My needs. The store was clean. Staff was Friendly and Very Helpful.

I received excellent service from the salesperson who went above and beyond the call of duty. She made me feel special.

nicely organised and good staff

I just wanted to share that Shaneka and Julia at the customer service desk are wonderful. They both have positive attitudes and a friendly manor. I appreciate their and help.

I love the atmosphere there. The staff is helpful and friendly and professional. They ask do u need help with something.

Excellent service in the store but had issues with the delivery service that is used by this location. We chose the option of paying an additional fee to have the old appliance removed when the new freezer was delivered -- the men said they could not take away the old unit because it was too large ??? Although they had a lift-gate on their truck and it was only slightly larger that the one that was delivered -- Also they were in such a hurry they did not remove the protective plastic wrapping and other packing materials inside the unit.

My experience in appliances was made easy with the help of Laura Schneider. She made it easy to understand the details of my appliance that i purchased.

This location is clean, well stocked and is in a very convenient location. The employees are always helpful and this is no shortage of them at any giving time.

Love every thing about the Depot. Great location,easy access, fully stocked with friendly employees. And product. Aisles are wide and signed well.

The location is SO convenient, and they always have whatever I need. Best of all, the employees are very pleasant.

I purchased a light fixture that had a big yellow clearance sticker on it- it rang up original price. I showed the cashier the clearance sticker and she accused me of switching stickers to get a cheaper price. When I showed her on the register screen the picture of the light fixture that showed up matches the same picture on the box she still argued with me and kept the sale sticker. Also the product number on the sticker matched the product number on the box. She made me feel like I had to defend myself when everything was so apparently clear in picture and in writing that the light was on clearance and I did not switch stickers. I will go to rt 40 Home Depot in Ellicott City in the future.

Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff

Make sure when you buy a washer that the plug fits into the wall not a dryer. This caused us a month of headache. Finally we got a small refund on the $1000 washer we purchased, after a month of complaints.

I am not a fan of self checkout as this position could be staffed by a person starting out working. However there was an employee at the checkout to assist me. I appreciate that a staff person there.

I purchased a gas clothes dryer here, and was -- at the time -- satisfied with the salesperson and the unit purchased. It was delivered to my home in Baltimore City two days later. However, the installation team later that day refused to install it, saying that Baltimore City regulations on gas dryers required laundry room doors to be louvered, rather than solid. As a result, I have a clothes dryer sitting in my living room, awaiting a handyman to install new louvered doors. I hold Home Depot management responsible for this situation, either because of poor sales guidelines or personnel training; the Halethorpe store is located within the Baltimore metropolitan area, and should be aware of local regulations regarding home appliance installation. I am extremely unhappy that neither the HD salesperson, nor the delivery and installation contractor (At Your Service) informed me in advance of this requirement.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful in resolving issues. Great staff in painting, Ms. Ann , awesome customer service staff Nakesha, Cayla and Aleah. Very professional and friendly cashier and hardware, Teonna, Anthony and Tim. Staff is a great reflection on management! Keep up the great work!

The help I received over the last several visits was fantastic!

My second visit to the Landsdowne HD in a week and it did not disappoint. After the last experience, I was more than willing to drive an extra 15 minutes past my local HD store to do an online pickup and some extra shopping while in the store. The staff were very professional, friendly and quite efficient. Once again I got the feeling they really wanted me to be happy with my purchases and feel valued. A feeling I don’t get at my local HD, where assisting me seems to be very bothersome to the staff there. The stars of this trip were Scarlet, Julia and Shaleta who helped me with my pickup and purchases!

Store employees are helpful, but only one manned register was open in the middle of the day - so really slow at checkout

Great location

Drove past my local HD due to low stock on an item I was planning to purchase and ended up at the Landsdowne store. I did a return and a purchase, both cashiers were incredibly polite, friendly and really seemed happy to assist me. Which is not the feeling I get at my local store. I will likely drive an extra 15 miles round trip to visit this store for the customer service experience I received today. Cayla and Paulette were the cashiers who assisted me and Mike in hardware was also great!!
