A little messy in the parking lot but the interior is well-organized and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and seem to really appreciate their store. I drive an extra 6 miles to this store because of the crew and the availability of products. Well done!

Home Depot has a very large variety of reasonably priced products. My husband and I frequent the store often.

The store itself is clean and orderly. There are such a large variety of items to choose from. It seems that there is always a staff member around to help. I have come here a number of times and have had no issues with staff. In fact, most recently Pedro 22-21 from the lumber department at this store helped me tremendously. I visited store #0220 on Saturday (8/29)with the intention of buying supplies to build a child's desk (since there are none available at this time). I knew the basic materials I needed as well as the dimensions of the wood, but when I got to Lumber I was surprised and a bit overwhelmed to see the large variety available for purchase. Thankfully, I saw a HD employee (Pedro) nearby, and I went straight to him. I explained what I was going to build and he so graciously and patiently showed me different kinds of plywood and 2×4's and recommended certain ones based on my needs. Without hesitation he agreed to cut all my wood for me since I do not have a miter saw at home. He took his time and never once did I feel rushed or like I was burdening him. He paid full attention to me as a customer and made me feel like he cared about the project I was undertaking. He cut the lumber to the exact specifications written down and even went over it with me after he finished to make sure he got all the measurements right. He also directed me to the two aisles where I could find the remaining items on my list. Pedro had such a great attitude the entire time, very friendly and kind, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a HD employee, and thanks to Pedro's dedication towards his customers, my nephew now has a new desk!

If you ever need to order a special order door, do it with Dale! He’s been at this store for a long time and knows his stuff! We’ve dealt with him on a few different occasions and he’s always treated us with kindness and patience (even if we have complicated requests). A+ service, thank you!

The odds of finding an associate to help you are very good. The associates all seem ready and willing to help you without attitude or making you feel like you are bothering them. Usually leave the store with what I went in for...well stocked. Store always clean and well organized. Prices very reasonable.

It was a hot Saturday in outside garden and there was one cashier… And she did a phenomenal job. There were a dozen or more people asking questions and she was back-and-forth between two registers open and the propane tank answering questions, truly amazing

The best help from highly professional, skilled and polite sales persons I found at 3860 N.Lake Blvd, PBG 33403. Jerome from the Tile Department explained me in details how to change my floor and laminate the stars. He took a time helping me to buy everything that I needed for my project. Brandon W. helped me to load and secure all my purchases. On another visit, Mickaell helped me to find all hardware that I need to the repair of my house. My family and friends are shopping only in this Home Depot Only because of the staff at this location. Great variety of the products and the compatible prices.

Employees need to wear masks and in the proper manner - noses need to be covered since the virus can be spread through respiration. We don't always know in advance that we're about to sneeze.

Went to buy a garage door opener (Chamberlain B750 3/4 Belt Smart) and Dale was amazing and very knowledgeable. He made my experience quite easy. The store was clean and the employees were all helpful getting me to the right person. Thanks Home Depot in Lake Park, Fla!!!!!

Easy to find what I needed, which as it turns out wasn't the right fertilizer for my avocado trees. The check out person was very kind and assisted with finding the correct item; because my sight currently had issues she actually took the time to read out loud the instructions for it's use. What an amazing shopping experience! I absolutely loved getting on my knees ,trying not to pass gas ,while I’m bent over reaching to get the only ten pack of D batteries from the bottom shelf ,two inches off the concrete floor. It was simply an exhilarating find . Next attempting to get anyone’s attention in the lighting area,by settings off the motion lights 30 times and rolling my head around searching for an employee ANYONE ?ANYWHERE ? Walking to the end of each isle searching,this behavior absolutely sent a message I wanted to be left Alone . The employees at Home Depot are excellent in giving you your privacy while shopping.Moving onward to lawn and garden, now heres a great magic trick of disappearing.I ask where the soil was located .he directed me by pointing about ten more feet , end of the row .Wha Lah he disappears.I was so stunned when he reappeared , once I’m almost done loading 7 bags of soil.Although He was super helpful to the young strong 6’3” 200 lb man that arrived After me 5’2” 130 lbs senior female.What a trick ! I loaded 7 bags alone .No gym for me today woo hoo ! My upper body work out completed .As I’m trying to push a cart now weighing over 200 pounds , I spy with my own two eyes A young strong employee sitting by the exit and cashier ,I know he will offer to load my truck , if I drive it around . Certainly he’ll offer assistance.Again MAGIC After paying the cashier, I turn around and another wonderful disappearing act !Home Depot employees are so talented! Wonderful at giving you your privacy while shopping, Evaluating your level of flexibility watching you get on your knees ,on the floor while shoulder deep in a shelf ,floor level and allowing you to get your workout in while shopping! Great store friendly people.

I went to the store today 15 minutes before the 8pm closing time. I'd been going back and forth to the store because I'd been getting materials and tools for my "simple" pull cart project for my laundry but I keep making mistakes with my dimensions. I went to pick up the plywood to be cut this time with the correct dimensions and almost into tears because my plywood costs $45 each and this is my 4th time! Though it was already past 8pm, AARON & MALIK still went above and beyond with their excellent customer service. They're so very helpful and big hearted fellows! AARON was aware of my project because he cut my first two pine plywoods and MALIK cut my 3rd plywood because I made a mistake on my previous plywoods. They did understand the severity of my mistakes and ridiculous spending for a piece of plywood plus the tools (cordless circular saw & cordless nail gun, sawhorse, pocket jigs, etc.) I bought bcos I was doing DIY thinking I can do it easy. They cut my plywood into right size I needed for my project and can't believe I went out Home Depot with so much gratitude and FREE right size wood scraps! Thank you so much AARON & MALIK AND HOME DEPOT! They obviously love their work and their goal to make their customers happy and satisfied. They deserve recognition!
