My husband and I shop at the Lake City Home Depot ALL of the time. The employees have always been very helpful. This time Captain Dave was extremely helpful on 9/13/20 and we really appreciate that!

I was at first disappointed in that what the App said was in stock wasn't.. enter Gena at the customer service desk who went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted. The employees don't seem to have much faith in the App but i really like it. I understand with shop lifters the inventory counts can be off but Gena took great care of me and made my day! I don't often shop at this store as I live over 150 miles away but I am a regular Home Depot shopper and will gladly stop in there when i'm in Lake City

The 96 inch long 2X4's had a pallet of 92 5/8 inch long stacked together. I had a project workplace bench plan that used 15 96 inch long 2X4's with very little waste. However because I picked up some of the shorter ones l had to go back to store to purchase 2 additional 2X4"s because of the mix up. Not a happy shopper today.

The store is clean and well stocked with plenty of staff to help when needed. They have a better selection of lighting in comparison to other places.

Not only is the store clean but I have to include their staff. I have encountered several employees there who go far above and beyond customer service. They were not only helpful and knowledgeable but made it an outstanding shopping experience..look for Janet in customer service and Jay Paul who was in flooring although he helped us in several other areas. Really impressed me! They also had the best selection of flooring types and it was in stock!

Great store with even better customer service!!! I live in Valdosta, GA and was here just visiting, but the employees here are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was able to find what I needed quickly and check out just as fast. Also, store was very clean and organized. Awesome experience!

Our visit to the store was to look at washer and dryers. I found the pair I really liked. There was no one in the department. I saw a female worker and asked if she worked in this department. She said no, but I can help you. She proceeded to ask questions and we found the pair we had chosen was what we wanted to buy. The store was neat and clean and well organized. She followed us thru the paperwork, and set up delivery. She explained every step. She is a definite asset to your facility, I am worry I do not recall her name.
