The store was clean and assembled with the right amount of staff even during times of covid! Very nice products with knowledgeable workers. Purchased a second Toro snow blower (this one 2 stage for large snow falls) and again with no issues.

The outside of the store looks good and inviting when I went in there was a gal that offered sanitizer or masks Liked the room to shop instead of squeezing through, I don’t always think about your store but I don’t see any flyers or other signs by the roads too show that you’re store is close. Also so many potential customers don’t know all your items that you offer

The staff in the appliances area took their time with me and helped me save money purchasing a new range. We surfed the internet together looking for answers we didn't find in the Home Depot site. He worked with me for up to one hour and I am so thankful and excited to get me new range.

I HAVE BOUGHT FROM HOME DEPOT SINCE 2004 WHEN WE BUILT A NEW HOUSE. THE SELECTION OF BUILDING ITEMS IS VERY EXTENSIVE. PLEASE KEEP INFORMED EMPLOYEES FOR THE DIFFERENT DIVISIONS OF THE STORE. BEING INFORMED REALLY HELPS KEEP PEOPLE COMING BACK

Dakota Villers was great.

The Home Depot is prepared to help customers by offering masks and hand sanitizer at the entrance of the store. (I had forgotten my mask) The salesman was so knowledgeable - I felt like I could trust him. The store was clean. Other employees were friendly as I walked through the store.

Products and prices I expect but what sets this HD apart are their employees. Great people who take the time to make me feel welcome. I'm a weekly regular several times each week as a house flipper/restorer. Many of the staff greet me by name and always offer help finding products or loading up. Cashiers are friendly, quick and get me on my way quickly

The Home Depot in Onalaska, WI is always helpful with any project or product I need. The associates are friendly, which is very important to me when I have questions! I always leave this store feeling that all the associates I come in contact with, know their job! I feel that the products I buy at Home Depot are of great quality, that is why I will always return.

I drive ten extra miles to NOT go to a Menard's and patronize Home Depot. The customer service at Menard's is often a hung over 20 something young man who has no interest in helping a 60+ woman. I believe the products are typically of a higher quality and better suited to my tastes.

Mathew who works in the window treatment area was so patient with us when we changed our minds. He was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff.

The store was neat and clean. Masks and disinfectant were available as is mandated for our state at this time. We appreciate that this store is following the rules for our Covid-19 recommendations at this time. All associates were friendly and helpful. If I receive a $5,000 Home Depot Gift Card, I would use it to purchase a new kitchen stove that we need very badly at this time.

Great selection of quality product and goods... Store personnel are always friendly and helpful

Have been there multiple times and have had a pleasant experience. When you ask a clerk where something is they know right where to send you. I was in there this spring and was looking at bathroom medicine cabinets. A clerk got a ladder out and climbed up it to open 2 of them up, so I could see the inside. I ended up buying one of them.

With the Covid 19 issue going on and the overcrowding at major retailers I want to take this time to recognize the caring, compassionate, go the extra mile that Dakota and Daniel did on Sunday August 16th. My wife and I came in looking for some exterior plywood with additional building materials, and right now it is hard to find allot of products. I was in the store for almost an hour and both employees went above and beyond to help me brainstorm and figure a solution to my request. During this time also, they were able to assist other customers with questions. This was at my suggestion, because the store was quite busy. What I requested, They ended up with 5 star results. Your team at this store ALWAYS knows what they are doing or they ask others for assistance. That is why I shop there. Going to a cheap discount retailer is not always the answer because you usually have to replace the said item 3 times when you would have only had to replace it once with a place like Home Depot.

Store employees are very friendly and helpful. I can't think of a way to make this store any better.
