We did not have a good experience at the Kingsport Home Depot, but we had great luck at the Johnson city store. A lady named Korky helped us so much, and was very educated on flooring. So we spent 1800 dollars, and plan to spend more in time. We love Home Depot.

I needed to match paint colors to paint in my current house. A number of stores acted uninterested in helping me. Debbie and Todd in the JC store were patient and so helpful and matches all the patient colors exactly. They were the best. I will definitely go back to them

Unlike a competitor I prefer Home Depot as I have always found their help to give great service and to be knowledgeable about the products in their department and other departments.

Bought a washer and dryer from Dylan. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Looking for tile for about a month. Service from local tile store had not been helpful. Decided To try Home Depot and we were not disappointed. Also thanks for the veteran discount program.

I go to this store whenever I can for great service and savings all in one place.

Hard to find lvt flooring tools but still a great store

Tony, I appliances was very helpful. He has experience in explaining the various aspects of the appliances and is very helpful in all aspects of the deal.

Cashier Dylan needs more training on providing military discount to vets. And more training with customer service and friendliness.

"Blake" the plumbing department associate, went out of his way to help me find every single part that I needed to complete my involved project. A different associate might have got frustrated along the way but Blake stuck it out with me to the very end. He's a true asset to the home Depot team

There’s this real chill nice dude named Blake who will greet you and cut your wood with a smile. We all know the trauma he faces daily as part of retail. But that doesn’t get Blake down. No. I came in depressed. I left… a little less so. And all thanks to Blake, who cut my wood planks to precision because I am scared of blades. Blake. Cutter of wood. Mender if souls.

We are new to the area. Charles in L & G was very help in telling us about the soil and what kind of grass would grow here - and when. He was not at all pushy to sell us a particular item - he educated us so we could make an informed purchased.

Friendly place and clean

We paid extra to have furniture removed as they told us we had to for new carpet installation. When delivery day came the rules had changed-all drawers had to be emptied. Since we were doing the entire upstairs we had no where to put stuff and we are elderly & unable to carry stuff up and down stairs.

Great place to shop friendly

As a retired home Depot associate of 21 yrs in Florida....it's nice to see that there are still a few associates that STILL CARE and offer CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was happy working at depot and I was mentioned by customers all the time. Herman and that sweet young lady in lumber were extremely helpful...and I didn't have to ask. Nice job everyone...keep it up...
