Not enough products and hard to get assistance quickly.

I have several health issues and find it really nice that I can ask for help and never get an attitude or rude look when needing help. Most employee's are knowledgeable & friendly. One employee in particular is awesome. His name is Tom. Tom is a Veteran & knowledgeable about most anything home improvement and tools as he owned a construction business several years ago. I love the friendliness of our Home Depot & it's always clean! Also, I rate most of the Home Depot brand products & tools consistent with big name brand competitors, some HD products even higher at an affordable price!

Chera (cashier) took care of my return with lightning speed. I ended up saving time and money. I have done returns in the past with other vendors over the years and this was by far the fastest and friendliest I can remember. She really went out of her way to make it as painless as possible. I have been shopping at the Jasper HD for about 10 years now.. Purchased all of our appliances (LG washer, Dryer, Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher) and all of the required building supplies / tools.

Overall very friendly folks and most know information about the products in their area.

I was looking for blinds and Jo Ann was very helpful and explained to us the difference between one to another....Thank you Home Depot

I stopped by the Jasper, IN Home Depot to grab some plywood for a project. I needed the plywood cut to size. I asked two Home Depot employees that were walking toward their backroom break area for assistance. One employee rolled his eyes (must've been a busy day) and the other respectfully said they'd contact someone from the lumber department to help me. It never happened. The next employee I asked was Rick Monday (no relation to the MLB Rick Monday Jr : ). With a gracious attitude he was more than happy to help. He went directly over to my cart, carried my plywood over to the saw and asked what size I needed. Excellent! I was actually helped by this Rick Monday earlier in the week. Each time was outstanding.

jasper home depot is one of the best stores in jasper if not the best with friendly people that are willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need or looking for. so thank you for taking care of your customer.

Floor staff is always genuinely helpful, courteous, and available. I never have to track someone down for assistance.

We had excellent assistance recently when we ordered new garage doors. Our hats are off to Beth who works at the Pro Desk. We will be contacting Beth again in the near future. The associates were friendly and the store was clean.

We have used Home Depot in Jasper since it first came to Jasper, We built a new house about 15 years ago, and bought the majority of our building materials from there. We have always been pleased with cleaniness, helpful and courteous staff, and all the aisles are marked so clearly, it is so easy to find what we need quickly.

Local Store does a great job. Nationally the company should stay out of politics.

We frequent this store quite often and for the most part find what we are looking for. Recently on Saturday, March 3lst, we visited the store to inquire about Engineered Hardwood flooring. Billy Watson was so very helpful to us, and answered the questions and concerns we had with what we want to do down the road. He scheduled a measurement for us, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Billy is a real asset to your Jasper store, and I hope to do more business with him in the future.

This store is very clean and the prices are good, but the best part is that the customer service team members are outstanding here. They are happy to give you detailed information about products and advice on projects that you are working on. One team member who stands out to me in particular is Carol, "the Paint Lady." She is so full of joy and is very knowledgeable about all things paint! I am so thankful that we have Home Depot here in Jasper. We rely on it for all of our remodeling projects!
