This store is conventionally located, that is so important because the is area is majority homeowner based. Having having homedepot right next to us makes everything so accessible. The store is clean and neat and we get to know the associates , ask questions. If the associate doesn't know, no problem, they will find another associate who can help. Those who work there ,are always so helpful so friendly we laugh we talked and" How is your Mama "we say all those things to each other even though we don't know each other's mother but we just asked because that's a customary thing to do here .In New Orleans. Do I love my Home Depot that's in my area yes IN DEED!

Customer Service was perfect .They help me from the time I walked in the door until they placed my items into my car .Thank y'all . GOD BLESS

The workers were very friendly

I was in the gardening area, 3 different employees offered me assistance and was very helpful to me when selecting my flowers,mulch,and lava rocks....Great job team Bullard....oh and by the way my flower garden looks awesome

The employees, manager and security guard at this store are extremely rude with a bad attitude. They are not helpful and made me feel very uncomfortable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST. NOW, THAT'S HOME DEPOT IN THE EAST. COME TO THE EAST AND VISIT WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE LIKE IT!!

it's very convenient

Employees were friendly and helpful. We came by to pick up some more tiles which online said were in stock for pick up. When we arrived for pick up we didn't see any on the show floor so we asked couple employees about it. It's instock but can't find the items. I had give an employee (Ms. Lacella/Lolly) my cell number when she do find them. Next morning she called and told me she had found them. So now we can finish up with our tiles installs thanks to Ms. Lolly!

The Sale Associate Ms. Miller was very helpful , courteous and patience.

Went to buy a washer, sales ladies was very helpful.

Horrible customer service!

Love this store. The staff is extremely pleasant and the overheard one of the associates informed another customer where she could find a product that Home Depot does not carry. I was impressed. 5 stars in my book!

Flooring specialist Dwayne Kelley demonstrated expertise and knowledge of the products in the department and made appropriate recommendations. I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

Shopped on 12/29/17 for some Christmas clearance. Every staff member I came in contact with that day were so very nice and willing to go the extra step to help.The store was clean and straight in spite of the clearance sale going on.

The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful. Especially one that help me to find a substitute epoxy for my special product while I was visiting my family in New Orleans. I live in Corona, CA.

Ms.Lolly!! AWESOME customer service

This store is a pillard in this community pre Katrina and post Katrina and the employees are very helpfull and friendly. I have communicated with Terry Armstrong who is super knowledgeable and Sam and the whole staff seem to be good people employee's. There are times when my business associate and i go to the store looking for one thing and end up purchasing something else. The ladies in the kitchen are friendly also. I'm very happy that this Home Depot store is in our community being a home owner and Home Depot fan.

I do not like shopping. However, if I have to shop for home products, this Home Depot is my preferred store. The prices are reasonable. I can easily find the products I want by using the signs that are hung around the store. Whenever, I ask associates for assistance, they are very friendly and helpful. The associates are knowledgeable of where to locate the products in the store.

This store has improved their customer service greatly. The lady in appliance is exceptional, find her if you need assistance. I was very impress with her.

Not so busy that they don't have time to help. Friendly staff and you can get in and out quickly.

The store is always clean and there are always lots of things to shop for. It's always well stocked. Kudos to Mr. Sam (I think that is his name). He is Johnny on the SPOT. Always there to assist and help. He's been there for as long as I can remember and always working Hard. Keeping busy. You have a HARD working man in your store. I'm sure there are others, but he is always visible and you see him working. Some (not all) of the rest of the crew need to take notes .I love home depot it's close and convenient. I love this store. In the past 3 months I have spent nearly $10,000 and each time I visit, I find the store clean and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Just last night, a young lady came from another department (without being told) to assist me in the paint department when she learned the employee assigned to paint was on a lunch break. That's what I call outstanding customer service and what keeps me coming back.
