The pro desk employees are so amazing here! I am in this store almost every morning, getting the materials I need for the day. Maria, Trever, and Mati are so beyond friendly! They brighten my day in the early mornings before a long a day of work.

Great folks if you catch the right person. The older folk employees seem grumpy, but the young employee folks are happy and willing to help! Except for the Customer Service worker that called a customer a foul word because he was waiting in line and was distracted. I heard her but I guess she must have been tired.

Great Store! But don't expect anyone to be there when you need to check out. The lines are longer than at the airport for holiday travel.

I'm a Veteran of foreign wars, there is a 10 % discount, and it saves me time and gas and there's plenty of items in stock. I strongly recommend Home Depot.

Very disappointed today at Home Depot. I looked at the products online and it said they have available in Store, but when I went there the employee told me that I have to order online only. What a waste of time.

We have always found that Home Depot has the most completive prices for the items or appliances we wish to purchase. Personally, I like the service received from the store employees.

In comparison to my experience with another Home Depot Employee at the Beaverton store that totally ignored my asked for help, which ended up costing me A LOT of money, the Hillsboro HD store is a dream come true.The attitude of the HD employee at the returns counter, opens a little crack that I might try Home Depot again. I switched to Lowe's because of the way I was treated by a single Home Depot employee, which kind of isn't fair because my expectation until then was outstanding service from HD employees. But this was a huge MISS that cost me a ton of money and HD Beaverton didn't care about a 20-year loyal customer. So to Lowe's I went and they are servicing me fine.

Needed help in finding and choosing door threshold. Jim (Jaime) was helpful and attentive to our needs.

Since it has been several months that I have visited this store, or any of the stores, and I had only dealings with the personnel in the garden center this trip, I can only say that that part of the store was well organized and clean.

The garden section was very nice. Much better than any other store in the area especially in July. Selection was great & everything looked in good shape even though it had been hot for several days. Even the markdown section looked good & worthy of making a purchase.

Home Depot has everything that a person would have a dream for a new home. If a person set his mind to building things it is all in one store My project for a new porch is all at one store that right there saves me gas and time . So my next stop will be in the lumber products at Home Depot for 4x4's and 2x6's and the best l know is improvement. The Garden Center is a wide variety of plants to choose from for indoor and outdoor, it's worth the time.

I ordered some materials for a home project a week advance prior for the picked up and also I scheduled a vacation at work. When I went to pick up those materials in the Customer Service, the customer service lady said those are not available in their store and if I want, I have to wait for another 2 weeks. I explained to her that I scheduled a vacation at work because the lady who took my order said that these material will be ready a day before I will pick them up. The Lady in the customer service said that someone contacted me about my order and I don't have in the call history on my phone. When the manager called in the other Home Depot store to check their inventory and I heard him said that those materials I ordered was sold to another person a day before I pick them up. I ended up renting a U-Haul and went to another Home Depot store to pick those materials because more far away out, because I already on my vacation and I want something done. It was just so frustrating how they handled my order and I almost had a heart attack because the lady in the customer service insist that they did it right. They moved my picked up date and also she said they contacted me which don't show on my phone call history.
