Good location, clean, easy to locate products and nice employees

Wonderful shopping experience. Store has a wonderful manager by the name of Giovanni who's always there to help if anything extra ordinary arrises. All the employees are friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked. A wonderful shopping experience.

Is a good store and everybody is able to help everyone is friendly.

The people here are very friendly. It has become much easier to find a floor clerk to help; it seems our complaints over the years have paid off!

I had an outstanding experience today at Hialeah gardens Home Depot with a young lady name Allanis, she’s the most petite young respectful women I’ve met in my entire life. Not only do I want to know but I want to share it with the whole general public , her boss , her boss boss and most importantly her parents for raising such a women. She helped me without even knowing it her self and it showed a lot that theres still nice and caring and hard working people out here. So when you go ask for her. You won’t have a bad day.

Store had additional items of Interest however items were located in Center isles which made it difficult to meneuver around Store.

Home depot's was clean friendly customer service

Very clean and organized I Am very happy with the service, I need help find two different products on different departments and on both I find an employee who have knowledge and take the time to help.

If you are in need of paint, Carlos is your man! Curtis is also very helpful in paint. If you are in the check out lane, make sure to say hi to Mercy or Nilda. They are the best!

This specific store is great, traffic is kind of an issue. Make sure you go early mornings or late late evenings. People are friendly and Spanish is a most.

Cashiers are really nice

The store management is weak, they provide no costumer service at all. They let costumers walk away upset and with no solution to problems.

The customer service in this store is superb.

I was there to return one item that I had a receipt it took literlly one hour for them to identify the item. I never thought it would be so difficult to return something, specially with a receipt.

The new signage is great. So much easier to find what you need. And putting the items by numbers in areas of the shelves is a big help. The associates are very friendly and helpful—when you can finally find one!

Excellent customer Service - I recently purchased Kitchen Appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave), the clerk was very informative and helpful. Props!
