Very clean friendly adequate staff. Can always find what I’m looking for and if not there’s always help just around the corner. This is the best place to fix your house up in Helena!

Clean store! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees!

This store takes great pride in it's appearance, customer service, knowledge of product, and pleasant attitudes.

used the Home Depot app to locate and find what i needed in the store. went in, was greeted by an associate, went to the location provided by the app. the item was there (Ryobi pressure washer) loaded it and a bottle of soap on the cart, met Kelly at the check stand, who rang up the items, gave me my military discount and my receipt and i headed for the door. In and out in 10 minutes.

If you do not need any assistance, the store has adequate products. However, if you need interaction with an employee, simply run. The contractors scrapped our freshly painted walls horribly and left while I was working with out saying a word. We purchased a new washer and dryer set, upon delivery they drove on our sod because they didn’t bring the proper hauling equipment. They even screwed me out of the measly $25 pro points at the store, the cashier told me it’s only available for paint. However, online for the same product it works! Their customer service sucks and employees are uneducated to boot. I would simply attempt to go to a specialized store for your projects.

I have visited other Home Depot stores in other locations, primarily out of state. I am very impressed with the personal assistance offered by employees in the store. If the initial contact person does not know an answer to your question they will find someone who does. Overall employees are very knowledgeable and helpful!

The lumber department is very helpful I visited my local Home Depot in Helena MT and a nice friendly young man with the name Aiden C. on his name tag was very helpful with getting my sheet of lumber and cutting it down so it would fit in my vehicle. A+ customer service!

The employees at this store are very helpful. They come across as enjoying their work and being there. Saw a lot of smiles and was asked numerous times if I need any help. Store was clean and well organized. Good shopping experience all around. Saw a lot of neat items and will definitely be back in spring to pick up numerous items for around the house.

Needs a better selection of cordless dewalt tools. Not sufficiently trained staff. No knowledge of anything other than Pokémon cards.

Home Depot never lets us down. The store is clean, the employees were helpful and kind, and we always feel welcome. If we can not find a product, there is always someone there to help.

Super clean and helpful store. Always someone in every isle willing to help or find you an answer. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, even if we have to drive an hour to get there.

I will go to Home Depot first over any other store mostly because I always find what I am looking for here and because there is always someone to help me if need be for whatever the reason if only finding a product or since I am very short someone to pull something down from way above and those folks are very willing to do just that and after doing so ask if there is anything else I need help with before we depart. Some have even told me thank you for shopping with them and they are not even the checkout folks. Excellent customer service. 10 stars for that!

This was a great experience!! We got a super good deal on flooring thanks to Allie! She went above & beyond to help us many times at this location & she is always so friendly! When we received paint, the lady at the desk (I didn’t catch her name ) was so helpful in helping us with the paint & explained the different types, she was very honest in her opinion on the quality of paints, which I loved. I don’t like to waste money on things, especially if people knows it’s not good quality. The guys who helped, Joe & other guys, load our flooring & more very heavy building materials, we so helpful to my boyfriend & helped him fit it all on the trailer!! This guy even seemed like a professional fork lift driver!! We absolutely loved this whole experience! Thank you to the Home Depot employees that helped us today!

I love my trips to Home Depot, although they have been limited by the C19 virus. I always feel good after I have been there.

The store was clean but low and out of stock on some lumber, some of the employees not very bright and knowledgeable with the store not all just some

Lyndsey was so great and helpful and I just loved her energy. Store was nice and clean and we found everything we needed.

Lee in millworks was great n helpful 10 star's for Lee,had to return shortly after cause I had no hardware,I was treated by Darla right away explained the problem n she was taking care of the problem for me until another employee stepped in n made thing from good to very bad,glenn was so rude n load Darla walked away from me telling me she was sorry,Glenn made me from being in a good moud to a very bad day,have not decided yet if I'll shop at your store again,I give Darla all the stare in the universe thanks Darla,I give Glenn ZERO star's he was very unpleasant

Found the products, but 1 was sold from under us. Still have received 1 item from order. Had to go and find an employee for assistance. The cashier (Nancy) that entered the order needs to pay attention to her job and not chit chat for so long. Store was clean but they do not provide cart sanitizer, gloves or masks.

This store always has very helpful Associates. That is why we shop here.
