My "go to" location for all my household and gardening supplies and I always find what I need. Employees always helpful and pleasant.

90250 has it all for ME.

The staff is wonderful but the accommodations for disabled people is low.

racial discrimination and harrassment in store from employees. employees unattentive and rude, too busy chatting and giggling like they aren't being paid to ensure the customers they are there to help. puddles on main floor, i slipped. couldn't even find an employee or get a number to report issues to

Eric (In Electrical) is awesome and really looks for the answer when asked a question - Even if the question is not in his department. Also, the store manager made sure I was satisfied. Overall - Incredible customer service and support.

I went into to purchase new appliances for our kitchen remodel & Leo Hamilton was the Appliance Specialist that helped me. Leo is Amazing!! He listened to what i wanted , he was patient & very calm. Leo never got irritated with me being indecisive. He waited patiently for me to call my husband and the contractor with questions. Leo saw that i was a bit anxious about the purchase and he said to me " This is the Zen Zone I gotcha" What he didn't know was that i am giving a Seminar in July and the topic is "The Zen Zone" I knew at that moment I had made the right choice with coming to Home Depot for my purchases and they had discounts for my items as well. Leo Hamilton is the Best and Thank You Leo for all of your help.

At this point just close this store….worst customer service!!!!

Daisy seriously went above and beyond to help me—customer service just does not get any better than what she provided! Was so impressed by how quickly she was to help me, her wealth of knowledge, patience and her ability to assist other customers without skipping a beat…not to mention the genuine friendliness she did it all with! She is an absolute powerhouse and such a gift to Home Depot and us patrons—thank you so much again, Daisy!

This store is spreading false information about THD’s price match policy telling me they only price match with Lowe’s… stop wasting my time.

I was able to find was I was looking for, I got some items and I was going in to the self check out to see prices then some employees notice all the work I was putting in to and they offer to help me there names are Érica deeper and Heiner they help me look for the item not only in one isle multiples they check the top selfs etc they went above and beyond to help me I have never experienced this before so I am so happy that Home Depot has this employee thanks you,even manager and duty help

Brought the dog and had my hands full while shopping. Stopped by and cut some baseboards. And was so stoked to have daisy help me at check out. She wrangled everything with a smile. Such a great trip

At first I was joking with a customer that the store looked closed for inventory for how much clutter was pulled down on the floor & in our way. it seems like a storage location for displacing the front of the stores Christmas season inventory But in all seriousness I found the employees very attentive and caring and well above the norm standard. I would return to the store because of the friendly staff!

Went in because I had an issue with a previous purchase, the customer experience manager Antonio Gonzales took care of me and made sure I had an amazing experience. He is definitely what a manager is supposed to be and I can tell he leads his team with confidence. He is the definition of a leader and a customer service expert. Big kudos to him and Janet who helped me check out and made sure everything went smooth. Thanks Antonio.

I bought a few good items that were readily available; being visible in adequate quantity, on the racks. However, my search for a Knife Sharpening Stone ended after about 45 minutes of search; without receiving any real help to get one; despite asking for help! The best, genuine suggestion that I got was "Sir, try looking for it in another store. It was a suggestion, that I believe, was freely offered and truly well meant. Moreover, I just couldn't find a Harware Help, nor could I be directed to a Store Manager who may have looked up the Stock Position and the specific aisle. I had searched several aisles that I was directed to.

Eve Martinez made my shopping at Home Depot the best experience I ever had. Thank you Eve for your assistance.
