They have made my home remodel a breeze and the quality of materials has been exceptional. Congrats to the Home Depot hiring staff at this location. It has been an absolute dream shopping here.

I buy all my cleaning supplies ceiling fans rugs from the store and everything is very well stocked and the employees are very very helpful

Two front end guys could not figure out why the computer said my item was in stock, but they couldn’t find it. Courtney saw that there was an issue, came over and quickly figured out the items had just come in and had probably not yet been shelved. 5 minutes later I walked out a very satisfied customer.

I would recommend this store to anyone visiting Home Depot, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and is available if you need help far from the Milltown Nj Store. I will drive the extra mile to get my stuff from this store. Everyone is so nice at this store.

Courtney G of Hamilton Home was very kind and answered all of my questions prior to our purchase of our carpet. My husband and i are 1st time home owners & Courtney explained every step of the process with out any judgment. We have been to other home depots and have had some very rude employees speak to us in disgraceful attitude/tone as if we are just supposed to know how to do every kind of home improvement project. We had problems with two consecutive purchases of snowblowers and promises made to accommodate us remain unsolved. Multiple requests for Manager assistance have been completely ignored!

We had the best lumber buying experience thanks to Rob and Brian who made it effortless. They’re excellent at running the forklift, friendly, more than willing to help even got us loaded without going through the long checkout process and put it in our trailer . Beyond appreciative and happy!

My wife purchased a new Toro Snow blower that was defective. Sean was her salesman and he assisted with the return and ordering of a replacement. Multiple Managers had to get involved to ensure I was given the same price that was provided to her.

I would like to recognize the cashier person who helped me checkout. Her name was Darshanna in the out door area. I was raining and cold but she was very pleasant and efficient when I was checking out. It’s very nice to see any time when there are a lot of jobs open to see people willing to work and are very nice and capable.

I bought a washer from the Home Depot in Hamilton today. The salesperson , Kelsey was very helpful with my purchase. I would recommend her anytime. She is an asset to that store

I would like to send a very special and heartfelt shout out to home depot employees Mike and Blair for the outstanding and above and beyond service that I received. For just one item, they had to close down two aisles, get a special piece of equipment, and lift a pallet down from the very top steel storage area. There efforts for me are appreciated more than they know !!!

Linda at the Hamilton store went above and beyond to help us with our returns as well she helped us with all the missing reciepts printing them out for us so thank you linda

I’ve been shopping at this location for 15 years and it has been going downhill quickly. Trash in aisles, ladders, pallets, forklifts blocking items. Just generally poor condition.

I had the worst customer service ever by your forklift operator on 5/29 at approximately 7:50 pm he had no apron on. I will be calling your store this associate yelled at me while getting mulch from the area that the cashier told me to go to. Then when I went to the area he told me to go to he yelled again to back in I then yelled back and said it was exit only. I then backed up to where he instructed me to and asked him if he knew what customer service was he gave me a smart Alec look back and told me to take the broken bags. I have never been spoken to as a customer in this manner. He then got on forklift and drove off with no spotter or wore a seatbelt.

The Hamilton has great Customer Service in all Departments.

An employee always seems to be able to help me find exactly what I need.

I just moved into the area and have made several trips to home depot. And I've yet to come across anyone who was super helpful and just nice. If the handful of people I've met are having a bad day I didn't noticed cause they never showed it.

Frank and Lauren are awesome. They provided friendly, fast, and helpful customer service. This home depot is the best. I love this store location.

Went to get a key made, and the machine didn't work. Asked for help. They said he's be right there. 10 minutes later no help. Asked again. They say he's on his way. The goes over to the group of employees standing around doing nothing, and a guy named Brian saunters over ever so slowly, and makes my key. How is a goup of employees standing arounding doing nothing when the store is brimming with people acceptable behario.

I always shop at Home Depot for my home improvements and repairs.

I visited 2 days in the week. The same cashier stood in front of her register when not busy, assisted with the question and cashed me out with a smile... infectious smile and beautiful personality ... tyvm

I bought this snowblower two years ago and had issues with drive belt wearing out and coming off after 20 mins of use. I brought the shower blower to the Hamilton rental office and Jeff took a real interest in helping me. He explained it could take a while at regional repair shop, and he would take a look at it. Jeff found a service bulletin for an Auger Pulley Kit repair and fixed it. Jeff is a real asset to the tool rental department. I can’t wait for the next snow to put the blower to test. Thanks JEFF.
