I must acknowledge the commitment of all clerks, stockers, register personnel, maintenance workers, truck drivers, warehouse personal, floor managers and management in general, at all of our local stores. A huge thank you for all you have done and continue to do during this extraordinary and critical time in our country. You are a credit to our community and should be held up as a shining example of perseverance and commitment to an overwhelming job. Working to serve the public is at times a difficult and thankless job, yet you carry on and continue to deliver. Without you and your continued efforts to help keep working we would be in very sad shape indeed.I heard someone stocking say “It’s like the day before a blizzard every day” and that sums it up in nine words. Unfortunately this blizzard is going to be with us for a while, I know we can count on you to see us through to the end.

Store is clean, well organized and the staff is friendly/helpful.

I enjoy talking to the people they're willing to joke willing to laugh and let me feel at ease while I am shopping, and as I mentioned before that slim elderly gentleman with the bowed legs is very nice and very knowledgeable I never took the time to look at his name tag because he is so nice I just enjoyed his company his vast knowledge of anything I need to find he seems to know where it is

Rebecca was very helpful during checkout and Kevin in lumber is always most helpful.

I was looking for a special type light bulb. The salesperson was very helpful in helping me find what I needed.

The products were easy to find and associates were extremely helpful. I shop there often.

I like shopping at Home Depot I was a victim of hurricane Andrew back in 1992 in Miami Florida and we purchased practically all the material at that Home Depot in Cutler Ridge Miami Florida thank you so much. Jose Diaz

I always visit this Home Depot, because of their Excellent Customer Service.

I've visited this store twice in 3 days and got the best customer service experience. I've also visited the Dorman Center store and the cashiers were not as helpful or friendly. Even though this store is a little farther from my home I'd rather go here.

Was travelling to greenville and stopped in on my way. Liked this store as much as the spartanburg stores. Very clean and well stocked.

I called in from Huntersville NC regarding stakes needed for a backyard fence I was unable to purchase online. Melissa was extremely helpful, not only going back to check stock on the shelf, but immediately called me back with details to assist me with an online order for shipping to my house. She was amazing! Thank you for kind and superior service, Melissa!

Warehouse shopping just improved. Neat and organized. Good climate control and lighting. Large enough to store about all the things one would need to complete their projects.

The employees at this store actually will ask you if you need help and provide it! We had two employees stop and ask if we needed help in finding something and directed us there.

The associates were incompetent, not friendly, and acted like I was an inconvenience. The employees were vaping in the building on the clock. I witnessed the employees on the tall ladder drop a box on an older gentleman's head while I was shopping, and then they handled it poorly. I will not return to Home Depot, I will take my business elsewhere.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Brenda the cashier was very sweet, efficient and competent ... looking up part numbers on an item that didn't have a sticker. I'll be back!

Hadn't tried the curbside pick up before and it was great.

Store and it's employees were amazing and a great experience. Only issues with them is the contractor they use. Doesn't want to listen to the customer needs and tries to run up the bill of a project. Really need to get a new one and someone willing to do the job no matter how big or small and not try to take advantage of the consumer. But the store employees and store are wonderful.

Checkout Lady at construction register friendly and quick. Justin (the loading Guy) help me load and has a good attitude.
