i have been to many home improvement stores, but our home depot does a lot for the people of our town they spend so much time with with the customers. i am 81 years old, have to use an electric cart to get around. there are times when an associate sees me drive up and they will bring me a cart. just a good store and good people

Warning!!! If you are female and/or not caucasian stay away! The employees here will treat you with nothing but disrespect and customer service will just brush off any complaints! I expected Home Depot to be a place to promote equality and not tolerate such unprofessional behavior from employees. Unfortunately that is not the case.

I told the girl helping me with paint I would do the survey to help her but the survey didn’t ask for her name so I’m writing a review to say Astasia was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get the right paint for the job instead getting the wrong stuff that I had picked.

Always the best customer service at the Greenville Home Depot. I drive further to go to Greenville than the one in Rockwall because Greenville has friendly, courteous and helpful employees.

I found the products I wanted, including lumber, flashlights, bike spoke blinkers, and wastebaskets. No one harassed me for not wearing a fashion mask.

I shop at most Home Depots across the Metroplex and make it a point to doing most of shopping in Greenville's Home Depot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and goes above and beyond in making sure that my orders are fulfilled and correct. The girls at the Service Desk are my go to's for EVERYTHING, along with all of the department managers. Shopping at this store alleviates multiple stops for my crews and the pricing is always on point!!

Home Depot would not post the original review since it was bad for them. So I will keep it simple; I am no longer a Home Depot customer because they lie to their customers and refuse to deliver on the date they promise

Things I like when I go to home depot Store lay out easy to locate items Customer service 5 Stars Cleanininess Professionalism Employee demeanor while working just by observation.

The majority of the store is good, however the lumber section needs a major overhaul. The lumber is scattered and should be categorized by size, in my opinion. The lumber is also lacking adequate tags for description and pricing.

Always out of stock on what you are looking for. I have looked at this store for a brad I use all the time. They have been out of stock since January, you would think they could find someone that knows how to order.

I have always had a pleasant experience when visiting any home depot. The associates are always friendly and ready to help. I have never had a question they couldn't answer or a product they couldn't help me find.

This is a very customer friendly store. All employees are knowledgeable and more than willing to assist. The store is clean and very well stocked.

Don't go to this store unless enjoy checking yourself out. You should also allow extra time for checking out - especially if you have items like spray paint. It was difficult for me to watch one friendly but very overworked employee trying to do the job of three at the self-checkout. The human factor at establishments is critical to it's success. I expect this one to continue to go downhill. I suppose we are all basically being forced to shop on-line. Like it or not.

great service

The gentleman who works in flooring/blinds is incredibly rude. He refused to get product down for us off the top overflow shelf, even though we could see the product we needed. He then told us, for the blinds we could get off the floor, that he couldn't cut them because they would be lopsided. We ended up going to the Rockwall store, who's employees are much friendlier, helped us get everything we needed, and cut the blinds down to size....without them being lopsided.

The Greenville store is always clean and well organized. The employees know where everything is located and are pleasant to deal with.
