I visit H-D fairly often....even though there is another similar Home Improvement store located 1/4 mile away. The product selections, staff, atmosphere, and pricing are excellent. I have been a frequent customer, on an "almost weekly" basis sine the store opened many years ago. H-D is my #1 choice for hand tools, power tools, building products, and many other home improvement items. Simply put, I have NO reason to go anywhere else!

I live 20 minutes away from greensburgh location, left for home depot, got there in 20 minutes walked into store to get a new Dewalt table saw, in store for less than ten minutes back in vehicle and headed home, whole trip 50 minutes ... back to said Dewalt table saw. I got the 15 Amp new version. Table saw, top notch quality,and easy to use, carry, and store.. best saw I've own for 300.00. Definitely recommend..

Home Depot should have more workers so the customers don’t have to wait so long the store. But Home Depot is very good! Our experience was good at Home Depot.

I've been shopping at home Depot well over 20 years.I can honestly say that day in day out the people that work at this store are you usually kind and willing to help at any time.

OUCH, items are priced to at least 3 times what they were. Especially on small items. Got to watch what you buy. I have a hard time believing that 100% of HD inventory has been sold out and re-stocked to reflect the higher prices now. Don't buy anything that you don't really need, they love their money!!

Our cashier at check out in garden area was Jackie, very friendly and helpful. Is refreshing to have someone happy to help us and seemed to enjoy her job. Thank You, Jackie

THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT H-D HAS AVAILABLE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT OTHER RETAILERS; HOWEVER, WITH THE ATMOSPHERE, PERSONNEL, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, PRICES AND SERVICES OFFERED, I HAVE NO INTEREST IN GOING ANYWHERE ELSE, EVEN THOUGH H-D's BIGGEST COMPETITOR IS LOCATED LESS THAN 1/2 MILE FROM MY H-D STORE!

This store has a great selection of Lumber, and a nice inventory overall. The employees are consistently helpful, with honorable mention to Jeff at the checkout.

We just purchased a complete replacement for our kitchen cabinets. The sales person was not pushy or rude in any way. I took us four visits to complete the buying process and the sales lady was great. She worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied and were getting what we wanted.

The military discount bar code does not appear on my phone. The network connection is poor. This is common in this store.

This is a very clean & efficient store with ample parking and friendly employees, and it carries EVERYTHING. It is in a good location and I like going there. The gardening section is excellent.

From finding the right counter tops, to purchasing them, getting the old ones measured, to getting them installed… nearly everything was wrong. There is no ownership at HomeDepot on this project until I asked for a refund. It was like HomeDepot and Armina Stone never worked together before.

On my last 2 visits to your Greensburg store I purchased a total of 45 Wall stones which are very heavy. Ken helped me to load them onto a cart and load them into my truck. I couldn't have done it without him. I have never seen a more helpful employee ever. Ken is Amazing.

I went to order up 12 different items. They had them all.. I didn't have to go to different stores. A one stop shop.

This store is organized from the parking lot to the back docks everything you would expect hey Home Depot to be this one is...

Our method of payment was not accepted at the location even though it was advertised as being accepted. The supervisor was of no help and the only recommendation she could give was to apply for a home Depot credit card. Apparently customer service is no longer a priority at the Greensburg location.

Staff is wonderful and very accommodating! I love this store! I'd rather shop Home Depot verses ANY other store.

Big kudos to Karin who helped my husband at the check out. He stopped coming when they transferred over to self serve. Last time he came with me he saw that there was help at the registers so he will be back again. Very nice lady he said and he is not one to compliment.
