Grand Islands The Home Depot is a great store! The store is clean n there r sales ppl in the isles waiting to help. I bought a refrigerator n got sale price n extra money off for opening a store credit card! Saleswoman who helped me w the purchase ws very knowledgeable n made the sale a breeze. I left feeling very confident that I ws given the utmost respect n she cared about handling the sale for me! Thanks Home Depot, I will shop at ur store anytime!! Keep up the great customer service!!!

This store offers more products than their competitors in the area. I wish they'd build a store in Hastings or Kearney, they would squash the green store with the annoying repetitive jingle.

You can always find someone to help when you need it. They are always kind and never walk past you without acknowledging you. I can not suggest anyway they can improve because they are already there. excellant.

i always love going to Home Depot as athe store is clean, the staff is helpful and they almost always have what I am looking for large or small. I like the easy parking and if I needed help to load something they are always there to help.

I also work in retail. I'm well aware of the pressure on and constant concerns of essential workers during this constantly changing time. I was approached by 3 different employee offering assistance during my 30 min. visit. Each one greeted me with a smile and gladly lead me to what I was looking for.

Carpet ordering was impossible. Even if willing to pay extra for furniture moving they will not do it. Their answer is have a neighbor do it. I would never impose on my neighbors to move my furniture.

The store is always clean and organized, and the employees are the best with offering suggestions, and helping find items for your project.

No Common Sense solutions . I just needed to pay for some mulch. I could have very easily completed this transaction outside but due to stores rigid social distance policy I was refused service until I went through the designated front door entrance, which forced me to walk through the building vs. just paying for my mulch at the outside register. I was mid project so getting a different mulch product elsewhere wasn’t what I wanted to do, but I should have just said forget it and left.

It was a poor shopping experience, one I wouldn't recommend for anyone.

Every person here is so nice and willing to help. It's refreshing every time I visit this Home Depot. I only really wish we had one in my town so I could visit more often for the smaller purchases. Right now I only make the drive for certain large purchases.

Was very happy with service and ability to get us what we needed $500 under our budget. Paul was amazing and very helpful/patient with us while we purchased all new kitchen appliances for our home including a washer and dryer as well. A little disappointed that delivery/installation will take 2 weeks- this leaves us without any appliances for 11 days with 3 small children but the overall experience was great and we will definitely make this our go to home improvement store from here on out.
