The Garland Home Depot is especially friendly! We go there a lot and everyone is so nice!

I saw this item at another Home Depot and later decided to buy it. So I went to a store closer to my house. They had the item and the Cashier, Stephanie, really helped me find and load the item in my car. She was very helpful.

If you are shopping at the Garland Home Depot be sure to look for or ask for Stephanie. If she doesn't know the answer she will stick with you until everything is resolved. She was a lifesaver for me today!

Customer service representative Cathy was amazing! I had to call back three times because my debit card was blocked because of credit daily limit. Each time I talk to Kathy she made me laugh and made me feel great.

came in the store needing assistance with the battery installation in my keyless remote. Carlos told me he can help installing the battery, and he did an excellent job with replacing the old one with the new battery. When I got in my car the low battery that was showing in my dashboard was now gone. Thanks to Carlos going beyond the call of duty with helping a customer like myself. He was AWESOME!

I came looking for some specific lightbulbs and was not able to find them easily but Mark Carter helped me out and got me exactly what I needed.

Home Depot has come a long way from what they used to be. I always had trouble finding what I was looking for, but this time, I found what I needed right away thanks to clear labeling and signs that helped me.

I live in Rockwall/Rowlett are and work on Garland/Richardson area. I will go to this Home Depot store every time. As for Mark Carter if you have issues.

I just got the air conditioner set up on my patio and within a few minutes the temperature was already almost 10 degrees cooler. I'm very happy with the results.

Mark was extremely helpful. The store looked meticulous, the employees were friendly and there was actually a cashier present unlike other stores that I have been to recently. I absolutely love this location.

I have shopped in many Home Depots over the years. This particular one is always well stocked, clean, and very helpful employees!

Mark, the manager was unprofessional and should not be leading such a reputable store. I was asking for a slight discount on a floor model that I purchased because it had some visible scuff marks. He simply did not want to hear me out and told the sale associate to tell me “No we don’t do that” which is a bold face lie because the Rockwall store has done it without me even asking. Very unprofessional.

Doing some home remodeling and was satisfied with each purchase; doors, lighting, and handles for cabinets.

Never go to this store unless you want to be discriminated and embarrassed. I have never in my life been so disrespected. They may have well hung me on a tree in front of everyone.

This store is better than the Richardson store as far as employees being more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

We did a return with Adam and he was very helpful and had a smile the whole time. We also had the pleasure of seeing his customer service manager Hector juggle and multi task effortlessly and also with a smile. This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had at a Home Depot. We are small business owners and this was nice to have someone else show us the same type of service we provide to all of our clientele.

I do wish they would put sand out in garden around the sack dirt instead of in the cement section..

I went to return an open package of door hinges that were sold to me like that. I bought several packs that I took off the rack so didn’t realize until I got home. Cashier, Grace is what shows on the receipt, told me multiple times I couldn’t return it. Felt accused of wanting to return something I opened after explaining to her multiple times what happened. I am a past THD employee so do know the policy and take great pride of the store and her responses were not making sense. Even told me I should have brought it that same day it was sold like that. I’m in the process of remodeling my home so wasn’t going to go that same day while I have multiple tasks to get done, especially when it’s 30 days return and 1 year hassle free return with THD card. She really made it difficult and wasted time going back forth on the return.
