Treated me like a criminal. If they knew their products and their pricing they would know that roof strips are sold in bundles and a bundle of 12 cost less than 10 bucks. But instead of looking at the system, I had to go get a picture and then I discover it's right on their receipt. No apology actually I was sarcastically dismissed.

Home Depot coupon didn’t work and even management couldn’t override or make this right. They even admit that they don’t know which items are non discountable items.

Our experiences at this store front Has always been good Lots of in-store merchandise.

Red and Mr Marshall were very attentive. Located blinds that were not in proper area. Went beyond expectations.

Just bought a bypass closet door system that had to be ordered due to size of wall. Designer Mark was excellent, very cordial and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased these 27 gallon plastic bins because I'm moving and these are so nice I had to go buy some more to finish my job and the price was unbeatable all the other stores were so high ---triple the price. But I was so thankful but I was able to afford these and very pleased with the durability and the sustainability of this product ! Thank you Home Depot. I'm so thankful to the Lord for the great stores we have in America we are a blessed Nation. As the pledge of allegiance goes, One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Amen and Home Depot's everywhere in our great nation for us all!

I had a return today and Was met with friendly service and a smile. She even went so far as to make me smile.

I bought the Ryobi Combination set, I should have done it a couple months ago.

WOW!! On Tuesday, May 30, 2023, we had a really great customer service experience. My wife is a military veteran and has struggled with receiving the discount. This time she was really rocked and ready to leave our entire purchase at the checkout area and walk away. A man named Bobby was working in the customer service area and made a real difference. He listened. We don’t put “apps” on our phones. He voiced understanding and then agreed with us. He cautiously explained the military discount so that we could understand how it works and that we could apply on our computer at home. He offered to give us the discount on today’s purchase. He saved the day. Thanks Bobby and thank you Home Depot for hiring Bobby.

WE USUALLY FIND EVERYTHING WE NEED , WE CAN SEE STUFF , NOT LIKE AMOZON WERE YOU HOPE IT LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURE WHEN YOU GET IT .

I was able to find all of my shopping supplies in stock and had help from lumber to cut all the wood down to size for me. Then had help from one of the lot employees, Jose, who came up to help load all my supplies without having asked for loading help. All employees were nice and very helpful.

Don’t purchase anything here in the garden department that you need loaded.

I was struggling to find some programmable light bulbs that automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn to place in front of my garage when an employee came from nowhere to help me out. That was awesome.

I ran in to buy potting soil - and had a hard time finding parking near the garden area (busy store). I found a cart right away and went to load the potting soil. An associate offered to help with the heavy bags with a pleasant smile. The cashier was also very friendly and courteous. I only had to wait behind one other customer (great)! Overall, friendly and courteous staff and product readily available.

We were told by a store employee that we could cut up a PVC pipe. When we got to the front they said that was not allowed. That we have to pay for the full length. The manager came over by the name of Kathy and she was quite rude and hostile towards us. I recommend that Kathy needs an attitude adjustment. Sometimes mistakes can happen either through the employee or the customer but there is no need to be rude about it

Seems like some new employees may have started at this location. Friendly and helpful…best trip to this location I’ve ever had. Wish I would have gotten names but sadly I was not that observant. Thank you to the lady and two young men who helped me with two Husky tool chests…they were not easy to load.

A gentleman in the paint department helped me find the correct tape I needed for the Project I needed

Home Depot has always been my go-to store, but at this location, many of the staff was very eager to help ! Especially Ms. Eloisa, very pleasant lady!

Ever get stuck at a checkout line that exceeds 4 people!? Know that ugh feeling?....not if Eloisa's on the register!! Her cheerful conversation and efficiency will not only have you on your way quickly, you will leave smiling. In todays atmosphere, someone like Eloisa is great to interact with.

This store is clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

On a recent visit to the Fort Pierce Home Depot the cashier Zy was so courteous and had the best smile ever. She was a joy to interact with and we appreciate her kind attention and willingness to assist us.

No help available to help middle aged woman load 4 X 8 sheets of wood from shelf above my head, LONG WAIT AND MULTIPLE REQUESTS to get a tool unlocked for purchase and failure of cashier to apply military discount when showed code. O assistance to load lumber into vehicle. They truly don’t care and have zero heart for customer service.

Greeted by all staff that I encountered throughout the store. Asked if I needed assistance while shopping in electrical and it was quite helpful. Cashier (Eloisa) was SUPER helpful, anticipating and calling ahead for assistance loading my truck.
